We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. This situation not only impeded me from getting to my house but also impeded multiple neighbors from going in and out of their own street. After forcing us to miss important appointments the employee decided to stop blocking the street around 02:30 pm. Not to mention we tried to talk to her to move to let us in and out, as well as it being illegal to block a residential street due to the possibility of emergency.
