She said she was going to ask her manager about how to change my batteries. After an hour of waiting she said that she couldn't do it because she didn't have the tool. I was ok with it. After i arrived at home i checked my watch and i found out that she already tried to open my watch. The screw was 1/4 opened and the straps were loose and there are scratches at the back of the watch. She could've told me that she already opened it Instead of lying.

I bought a gift here during Christmas and was assured that the model watch that I purchased was…read moreavailable in both black and brown. The store model came in brown and was told that they would order a black band for me that went with the specific watch. After countless weeks of phone tag, and multiple trips into the mall I was told that I was not able to purchase a black band for this model and that I was wrongly informed. This would not have been an issue if the store allowed me to return the watch for their mistake. Although because it was months after I was told that I could not return or even exchange the watch. I have never been so taken back by customer service, who insistently made me feel as if I should have known that the employees I spoke with were incorrect. I really never write negative reviews; although the fact that my mother is still waiting for her Christmas present due to a mistake made this company has chosen me to go this route.

Since it is a big name brand, it can get pretty expensive, which is why shopping at the outlet stores is great. They usually have much better sales at the outlets. Yesterday I bought a great pair of $85 sneakers for less than $45 because most of the store was half off. The only downside to shopping at the outlet is you may have a harder time finding what you're looking for. They did not have my size of the first pair of shoes I found that I wanted, but I did end up happy with my purchase anyway.
