The CC crew, like the others, are absolutely awesome! They will put in painstaking efforts for shoe fitting to support your quest for the perfect shoes. I can speak to their apparel as well, which I try to rock frequently. I can also speak to the staff knowledge on training supplies, top notch, and the store's stock of said supplies (electrolytes, gels, chews) which will ensure you can hit your goals. Beyond the items in the shop, check PR CC out for their group activities, such as weekly Thursday runs, planned vendor visits, and a slew of others I which aren't popping in my head at the moment. These events are great because friendly staff attract friendly athletes (of all skill and experience)!

I'm a dog walker and a gym rat so for me, comfortable, functional gym wear is really important! I have 2 pairs and I'm debating getting a third pair, the deep cellphone pocket is really what I love, so few pairs of gym pants have pockets, and Athleta's deep pocket has me sold. I can fit my iPhone 6S Plus in my pocket! The material that the Relay's are made of seems to wick away the sweat so I can wear them in warmish weather and also on cooler days. They're stylish and ohh so comfortable with the drawstring too. I suggest hand drying them though. I've bought a few tops at Athleta too which I like and was very comfortable but wasn't of the same quality as the pants. I like that I can use my Gap charge card and Rewards here and that they offer classes, I think it would be fun to check them out! They were giving away free KIND bars and that was a nice touch. I also really like the complimentary tote bags that they give you when you shop with them! My only "2 cents" of advice: they have a great return policy but I would appreciate a bit more clarification on it. I exchanged two or three pairs of pants because I thought that was part of the return policy but then I was made to feel guilty for doing so... I think it's a great return policy but it would be nice if it was a bit more clear as to whether exchanging clothes is part of it or not because that left me feeling confused and unclear. I do really appreciate Brooke exchanging the pants though! That was really nice and I really appreciate it! Also, the prices here are less than Lulu Lemon but - they still are a bit expensive... if they had more reasonably priced merchandise or sales more often I would shop here more often! I think $70 for a pair of gym pants is a little pricey, in my book, but they are great quality. All in all, I love the Relay Capri's, I've told others about them and I expect to come back when I want to treat myself as another reviewer said.

We traveled a long way from home with the intention of buying work shoes, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. We politely asked to use the restroom, and the employee responded with a rude attitude, saying that the restroom was for employees only -- even though we were paying customers. Despite coming here ready to make a purchase, we received absolutely no assistance from the staff. Instead of helping customers, the employees were simply standing around talking to each other. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. I would not recommend this store if you expect basic customer service and professionalismf

This location really has hired some of the best, most customer-service oriented retail workers I have ever met. Every one I have interacted with has been so nice and personable. I got my boyfriend a really nice polo pullover sweater here for $98. Pricey indeed, but a very nice sweater. Mike was on the floor helping me out with my purchase and was so helpful and friendly. After I paid for the sweater I was also given a $25 off $100 coupon for my next trip, so that was a nice surprise. Definitely check them out for all your large men clothing needs!

The associate failed to tell me the larger sizes that he brought over were an extra $15 each.
