I went there to have my G-Shock watch's batteries changed. The lady at the counter told me to wait around 20 minutes, after 20 minutes went by i tried to call her but she said i had to wait another 40 minutes. She said she was going to ask her manager about how to change my batteries. After an hour of waiting she said that she couldn't do it because she didn't have the tool. I was ok with it. After i arrived at home i checked my watch and i found out that she already tried to open my watch. The screw was 1/4 opened and the straps were loose and there are scratches at the back of the watch. She could've told me that she already opened it Instead of lying. read more

I bought a gift here during Christmas and was assured that the model watch that I purchased was available in both black and brown. The store model came in brown and was told that they would order a black band for me that went with the specific watch. After countless weeks of phone tag, and multiple trips into the mall I was told that I was not able to purchase a black band for this model and that I was wrongly informed. This would not have been an issue if the store allowed me to return the watch for their mistake. Although because it was months after I was told that I could not return or even exchange the watch. I have never been so taken back by customer service, who insistently made me feel as if I should have known that the employees I spoke with were incorrect. I really never write negative reviews; although the fact that my mother is still waiting for her Christmas present due to a mistake made this company has chosen me to go this route. read more

This place is a joke, they tried to give me a $100 less in store credit because the manager couldn't figure out the math stated on the receipt. On Saturday I had the best experience with a Marisa! She was so helpful to me while picking out new jewelry. I really wanted new Alex and Ani bracelets and Marisa showed me them and even brought them out of the case. She was so knowledgeable on the different types and showed me the ones on sale which helped me save and buy more! THEY BROKE MY WATCH, SAID IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN, REFUSED TO SAY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT (after analyzing it at "the workshop" for three weeks) On May 19, I brought my Timex Ironman Triathlon FLIX watch (apx. three years old) to the Time After Time kiosk in the Deptford Mall to get the battery replaced. The battery was slowly dying over the previous three weeks. Because it is waterproof to 100 meters, I paid extra to have it resealed. Total charge for new battery and reseal before tax: $23.95. Two days later, on May 21, the watch died. I brought it back to Time After Time that day. They checked the battery and it was fully charged. I was told by Tara (the owner/manager?) that dust and/or rust must have gotten into the mechanism. This is odd since the back of the watch was factory sealed and then resealed immediately after being opened to replace the battery two days before. I asked if it was possible that the watch was damaged during the battery replacement and was very rudely assured that the watch was already broken. Tara became very short with me and offered to send the watch to "the workshop" for a free analysis and price quote if I wanted to have it repaired. Three weeks later, I was contacted and told it would cost $91 with no details as to what is wrong with the watch. I decided to pick up the watch. "We should have it back from the workshop in a week," I was told. Today, June 14, I picked the watch up. I asked for the results of the analysis and was told that the only information they had on their computer was that I declined to have my broken watch fixed. I plan on getting my watch checked out by a jeweler to see what is wrong with the watch since I still don't know. So, please beware that Time After Time does not guarantee its work. read more

Brought watch in to repair pin. I brought the pin with me. They mentioned they may not have the correct sized pin in stock. Came back, said they found pin to fit. They fixed it alright, they swapped the bad pin with a good pin from the end of the band, replacing it with the bad pin. As soon as I got home the same broken pin fell out the end of the watch. My suggestion if you want to have your watch repaired here.. Don't drop it off and leave. Watch them while they repair it read more
