Seidner repaired my car almost a month ago on the back bumper from an accident I was in. They had my car for a few weeks and when I got it back I had went on vacation and didn't drive my car for a few weeks. A few days after driving my car again I noticed my interior back window was COMPLETELY SHATTERED! There was no break into my car or any sign of something hitting it or any other damage to my car, it was just randomly shattered from the inside. I knew it had to have been from getting it fixed at Seidners, but since they claim they didn't touch my window, of course they won't take fault and I had to pay out of pocket to get a whole new window. They mentioned to me when I called that I can try taking my car in to see about having my insurance cover it but since they didn't touch it that part of my car, they don't believe it was their fault. I didn't see any point coming in after that conversation. When I went to get it repaired, the guy told me they must've hit the window when opening my trunk carelessly. read more

Took my car for repairs because AAA referred them. I let them know that the tire had a leak and they needed to make sure to check that because something was wrong. When they return the car a week later, it was still a slow leak. the tire was low and they claim the tire was fine. I did let them know that the Card tires needed to be calibrated because they were not set to the right location. The manager came out when I went back after I notified AAA that they didn't take care of the tire and basically made me feel like I was stupid and didn't understand what I was talking about. Went ahead and had one of his guys. Walk with me to my car very nice gentleman Hispanic and I told him I know you're seeing me as a woman and I probably don't know what I'm talking about to you and then I went ahead and I told him to look at my dashboard and see what tire was registering as leaking And he said it's the front driver's tire. I said OK can you go ahead and put air in that tire. He proceeded to put air and he says oh it doesn't need any. I said OK now can you come to the back tire that I told you that you guys were supposed to review and check And did not and put air now can you please stop and check the air pressure on the dashboard of my car. He did and said oh it was missing there. Yeah they don't know what they're doing. They're relying on computers to go ahead and tell them that the tire has a leak that doesn't register on computers. It registers in common sense And it leads me to believe that no one in that place goes out of their way to try and please the customers and make them understand that this is not the way you treat customers so AAA thumbs down to a referral that you gave. I actually took it to a tire shop and they found a slow leak in the valve of the tire. I would never recommend this place to anyone again so beware people do your due diligence because they don't seem to care. read more

Unfortunately, I had to bring my dear old Acura back to this collision shop with bumper and metal frame completely unhinged following a hit & run on the 10E freeway. Although I was incredibly bummed about it all, I knew that my car would be in great hands considering the great work they did last time restoring my car to it's pristine condition, especially with Alfonso at the helm. As of today, my car was considered a "total loss" (80k miles, 2014!).
