The licensed Plummer left the job half done and charged $100.00 an hour. Anyway, Jasper was super easy to communicate with via text with some photo ideas back and forth. He showed up to the job site with parts in hand, hooked up my dryer vent properly due to its unique design, placed the dryer as snug to the wall as possible and moved the washing machine over so that the entry door could finally close. They started work almost immediately, and the difference in efficiency and professionalism was remarkable. John completed a significant amount of work the first day, doing more that first day than the previous company had done in 3 days. Nick changed the first 2 appointments we had with him, thus wasting our time since we had set aside time to meet with him. Finally, the third time he set an appointment with us, he was over an hour late, again most disrespectful even though we were trying to give him one last opportunity to bid our job. After spending over an hour with him, he promised to have a quote for us by the following Tuesday (this last meeting was on a Thursday). When we received nothing by the following Thursday, 2 days after we expected his quote, I left a message to please let us know status. He did not return our call. I left him 2 subsequent messages over 2 weeks, asking what is going on, but he did not bother to respond. In the last message, I asked him that if he no longer wants to bid the job, he could at least simply have the decency and professional courtesy to let us know. That was almost a week ago. AND STILL HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED US AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF OUR TIME! This is a rather stark indication of the true character, or lack thereof, of this individual and what you can expect if you engage him. We strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Lord knows what may have occurred if we had given a deposit and hired someone such as this who demonstrates such an incredible lack of respect for others! We are in Grants Pass, NOT NEVADA. My parents had a pipe break in their house last night about 9:30pm. We called the home insurance…read morecompany this morning and Base One was the contracted company selected by the insurance company to contact us. Greg called us in about an hour from when we hung up with the insurance company and said he was on the way to our location. Greg came in and was willing to listen to what we had done so far and asked questions. He was concerned about keeping the house clean while he was here. After he determine what and where the issue was he quickly fixed the problem. He was very professional and was focused on getting the problem solved ASAP. Turns out that in order to access the broken pipe he had to cut into the wall. He did a great job on cleaning up the mess afterwards. The drywall repair is not part of the insurance package so he left a great rough patch for us to fill and paint. After the work was complete he was willing to share some things about the plumbing system in this house that could be potential problems in the future. This problem was known by us due to other neighbors having similar issues. He was not telling us this to create additional work for himself but as advice for the future. Thanks Greg for getting the water back on and running, the showers felt great and it was nice to be able to flush the toilets. Thanks Greg.

I've owned my home for about a year and have had many tradespeople in and out during that time…read more This is the first experience I've felt compelled to write a negative review about. Greg was assigned to my service request and did arrive on time. However, his overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing role. Shortly after he arrived, my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency--a seizure, her first ever. I was in the next room calling 911 while emergency responders arrived. It was an extremely stressful and urgent situation. I have no doubt he could hear me screaming her name and calling emergency services. About 10 paramedics came stomping down my short hallway. It was quite the commotion. Before leaving with my daughter in the ambulance, I briefly let Greg know he could continue the work if needed. His response was: "Make sure your dogs are locked up. I don't want to be bit." My dogs were locked up when he arrived and he knew that. Given the circumstances, this felt incredibly lacking in awareness and basic human empathy. I understand safety concerns, but the timing and delivery of that comment were inappropriate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons and this guy shouldn't be entering any one's home.
