    When you call the phone number, the operator explains that the trolley hits every stop on 30A every…read more15-20 minutes. However, we sat and waited for ONE HOUR! When we called the operator again and asked her to radio the trolley driver to see where she currently was and to find out her location and what the problem was regarding the hold-up, she explained that she did not have the ability to radio nor call the trolley driver to find out it's whereabouts! When the trolley finally arrived an hour later, the trolley was empty and she explained that it is "at her discretion" whether she stops at each individual stop or not!!!! She did NOT follow the trolley route that she is ASSIGNED TO!!! The trolley should have come by seaside at least 3 or 4 times while we waited for a whole hour! This service is absolutely TERRIBLE and straight up UNRELIABLE! If you are debating waiting at a trolley stop hoping for it to "roll by at any minute" as the operator stated, don't get your hopes up! YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK CALLING A CAB! I only wish I could rate this ZERO STARS, as it does not deserve even one star.

I love the fact that it stays on time, it is very reliable and that is important to me. The drivers are always polite and friendly to the riders, making sure that the ride on the trolley is always enjoyable. In a day and age when customer service is gone, it's nice to see the operators of this trolley treat everyone in such a nice way. It is really a fantastic attraction all on its own, very elegant to look at from the outside and the inside is spectacular as well but it also passes by and stops at so many great 30A destinations! It also has a TV inside so if you are visiting the area you will be able to see all of the fun things to do in the area... especially when you are looking for something different to enjoy other than just the beach. The trolley is a fantastic addition to South Walton and all of 30A.

    This morning was unpleasant, the 7 bus driver (big, late 40s black man) leaving college at 9:30am…read morejust now was power-tripping, lying, and being super rude. I tried showing him my month pass app but he ignored me and closed the door behind him. I got on, he said i had to close my laundry cart, saying I looked homeless. I said Ive never seen that rule, it's not posted, and 3 other people on different buses either elderly walker or a laundry cart like me (like literally all day every day) brought it on with all their stuff inside. He said if I didnt like it I could get off the ride I paid for. "Youre really gonna make me take out all my stuff", "Ya". In an a year of bus riding no driver has ever said anything to me or any one else, especially the elderly with folding walkers/carts. "It's because its a small bus", "Its 40 feet long, there's 2 people here, and there's 35 seats." His logic failed again, knew he was wrong, plus me emptying my cart took up 3x more space! "If you dont like it get off". I did close it. A little further down "When a gramma with her cart or walker gets on, lets see if you make her fold it." He knew he wrong, "One more thing and youre getting out." Obviously I had places to be, so I shut up, but all his words were lies and wrong, he was just being a dick and enforcing his ego. The elders on other buses (like every day) kept their walkers/carts open, if a gramma got on, he wouldnt have told her to close it bc no driver ever does, he singled me out on a power trip. Please educate him on rules/manners/ettiquette. Thanks

It runs hourly M-F, every 2 hours on Sat's then not at all Sundays. I called Sat morning and asked if the trolley held bikes as we rented bikes, the lady said they hold two bikes up front. Per schedule, the trolley was suppose to be at our stop at about 2:15. We waited until 2:35 and nothing, not even a trolley passing by. Tried calling but our phones would just disconnect on us. If the trolley stopped running for any reason, they need to post it on their website or the lady should've said something when I called. We ended up renting a golf cart from Bike The Beach PCB , which was a great deal and should've just done that to begin with.

    I've been using megabus in the northeast for years and they've always been reliable. You can count…read moreon cheap, on time, and a clean ride. In Tallahassee they pick up at the bus station. There's a small sign to direct where pick up is. The day I came, they arrived 10min late (not a big deal). The staff barely looked at my ticket and I could've easily shown them an invalid one and they couldn't care less. The bus was clean and I got to Orlando on time. One issue is that it was January and they had the AC running! I asked if they could turn it off but the drivers said he couldn't. It wasn't ice cold (probably in the 60s) but it would've gone a long way to make everyone on the bus more comfortable if it was a bit warmer.

    We booked a trip last night from Tallahassee to New Orleans. We had accidentally booked for a time…read morethat we were unable to leave and so we called to have to have the reservation changed. A customer service representative helped us on the phone to change the reservation and told us that we would be able to get on the next bus. When we got to the station, I still had not received another email with a confirmation code or reservation number. The bus was over 30 minutes late and in a hurry. We tried to explain to the staff members that we had changed our reservation and we should have been on this bus. No one tried to get into contact with anyone who could help, and we were unable to get a hold of anyone to help because their phone line was closed. The staff was rude, saying that we needed a confirmation number now or we couldn't get on, even after explaining that I had just spoke with someone. They walked away from us closed the door in our face and drove off leaving us stranded at the station. After calling today to try and sort out the issue we were informed that we could not change reservations until 3 hours before our bus left, which was not part of the conversation I had the previous night with a customer service rep. After explaining our situation, the lady on the phone said she could not refund our money. We asked to speak to a manager and she said he couldn't help us either. We said that is fine, but we would like to speak to him, and that is when she hung up on us. We tried calling again and was connected with a gentlemen who also hung up on us only 2 minutes into talking to him. All we asked was if there was a manager we could speak to. There is no accountability in this business, no help, and false promises. I was once a happy customer and promoter for mega bus and now I feel that I was never taken seriosuly, my concerns were never addressed, and I had my money stolen. I operate a bar, work hard, and know customer service. This was appalling.
