This resort is located on the bay side and just a short drive to Saint George Island. The bathrooms exceeded my expectations and the view of the bay was spectacular. My only issue is the pool - it is really small and the water is very warm. We did enjoy the location so much we booked a week for next year. read more

Coastline RV is one of the nicest RV campgrounds the wife and I have stayed at, and we have been RVing for nearly twelve years. We have been in many states and stayed at numerous campgrounds And Coastline is in the top 2% of the best we've experienced. The restrooms/shower facilities are like something from a five star resort hotel. Beautiful, well groomed sites. Helpful and friendly staff. I would add additional stars to my review if I could. Beautiful well kept park. Sites are large. Bathrooms are well appointed and very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My only request is to have pools heated. At 85 a night it seems like a reasonable amenity to be provided. read more

Beautiful campground right across the highway from the water! Rather windy during our stay, but still nice. Campground was immaculate, large sites, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. Cleanest bath houses we have seen. Now for the reason for the low score.......you can reserve a specific site online. After reserving it you get a pop up saying to "lock in your site" it's an extra 25.00. The sites are almost 90.00 a night already, and this seemed a little extreme for us. So even though you picked a site for a particular reason it can be taken and you will be moved to another site???? Why bother with the reservation. For example we reserved site 20, but upon our arrival we were told we had "lost" that one to another visitor and were moved to site 22. The office staff were good about allowing us to move to a better site than 22, so we were actually OK with the site we received. But this process is a terrible greedy scam for an extra 25.00! When my wife complained about this process to the check in staff she was told that "oh, lots of campgrounds are doing it now". We have never encountered this "fee" to guarantee a site I have already selected and paid for! Had to come back to add this on departure day. The morning of our departure I checked our tire pressure (as I always do on travel days). One tire on the off side was low. My plug for the compressor would not reach that tire so I had to back my truck alongside the site. Almost immediately a gentleman who identified himself as the park host (I believe he said his name was Carl) arrived and asked me not to park on the grass. I explained that I was not parking there but had moved the truck there in order to air up a low tire. Something I thought a host might understand is very important, since they usually live in an RV. Carl replied "nevertheless torn up grass is torn up grass". I was very careful in both backing onto the grass and departing so as not to damage the grass. I asked if they had a compressor or air hose set-up that I would gladly use. His reply was simply no, "so kindly remove the truck from the grass". So Carl (if that is your name in the green JD UTV) if you happen to read this, thanks for the consideration bud. Not to worry, I won't be near your grass again........ever. read more

Where do I start.... Coastline RV park was the perfect location for us. The people in front office were friendly and the place was CLEAN !! Stayed 2 nights. We had a nice paver pad next to the Coach.... easy in and out with a pull-thru. We were close to St George Island. The Lighthouse Museum is fascinating. Worth the trip. Then we popped over to Apalachicola for Oysters. We were told the BEST are in the Standard OYster House. Absolutely the best. We drove around.... sad to see Caroline's closed. Hopefully they will get things fixed up and reopen. read more

WOW. What can I say about this place other than it's in our top two places we've ever stayed. Extremely friendly staff. Even gave us a printout of local stores in the area for normal camping/traveling amenities. Not that you'd need to leave because if you need anything they've got it. The spots are super spacious. Drive through with full hook ups. The clubhouse will be the BEST shower you will get while on the road. Period. Never seen a better clubhouse campground. The entire campground including clubhouse/exercise room/ showers/bathrooms/ store/ camp spots/ super CLEAN. It smelled so good there too. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. We left a day early only to get a head start to our next destination. They called us to double check on us. So sweet. read more

Oh man! I so regret not taking pictures of this resort!! When traveling RV style, the first thing I want to scope out are the bathrooms. Don't let the outside of the bathrooms fool you (which aren't bad), because the inside is gorgeous and feels like you're at a spa! Nice stone, and there's even relaxing music playing that sets an upscale ambiance. It's the best I've seen of the sort, and they rightfully pride themselves regarding them. A code is required for The pool is quite lovely and well maintained as well. We enjoyed taking a dip in the water in the evening until closing. I felt so safe and secure and noticed all the amenities and facilities were so well kept. Trash was emptied regularly, which was great because we were stationed nearby. The staff was friendly and continuously ensured that we were enjoying our stay. So hospitable! It's about 8-10 miles down from everything you wanna check out. They have another one location a few miles down too. If you're contemplating booking here, go for it! The bathrooms alone are a hot commodity! read more

My wife and our two dogs had the pleasure of staying here for a week in October. There are actually two separate resorts. The East side where we stayed and the West side which is larger and more family oriented. Both resorts are immaculately maintained and have excellent amenities. Our pull through site was hard packed gravel (perfectly level) with paver stones for the patio/picnic table area. It included 2 hookup's for septic systems and 2 water faucets. 30/50 amp outlets with a cable tv connection. WiFi was also available but was not available for streaming. The clubhouse facilities included a full kitchen and a sitting area. The shower facilities for male, female, and disabled guests were outstanding. Even the pool had a lift for individuals that required use of a wheelchair. Lastly, the people who we met that were working in the office/store were extremely helpful in every way which included providing knowledge of local restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing, well maintained, off the beaten path RV resort that has close access to the pristine, dog friendly beaches of St George's Island, then this is the place for you. read more

Really a great little RV campground/resort. VERY clean, has s fishing pier, paved patios on each site, pool and the most amazing campground bathrooms I've ever seen! (Looks like a spa, not even kidding). Everyone was really nice, overall a great spot if you're in the area. Would recommend for sure...very well maintained, I'm impressed. read more

I didn't want to leave this fabulous campground - excuse me, I mean resort. Actually, it is an RV paradise. We had a fabulous space that looked out on the sound, but honestly, almost any space there would be excellent (except the ones that back up to the office & pool). The concrete pads are fantastic and made keeping the RV clean a breeze. At each site, there is a grill and a picnic table. The community areas are beautiful with lots of places to relax. The main building has a small gym, a large kitchen, and a screened in porch that overlooks the pool, so you can enjoy the breeze without sitting in the sun. The bathrooms are amazing. Seriously nice! We usually shower in the RV, but it was so nice, that we made the short trek to the showers a couple of times a day. Best of all is the location - just minutes away from SGI. Can't wait to return next Spring. Definitely staying longer next time. read more

This is a beautiful, well maintained resort. All of the "streets" were stone. Sites are concrete with paver patios, picnic table and grill. We had a beautiful site in the second row, so could see the Gulf. Amenities were nice. Staff were great! This is a nice area with St George Island and Apalachicola just a short drive away. Coastline RV Resort in Eastpoint, FL called to tell me they were canceling my prepaid reservation for April 19 - 23. They're also keeping the $266 in compliance with their policy. But, I can use the credit for a future visit. I'm too old to make another trip back East. read more
