Tried contacting for 3 days and no response. I am trying to plan ahead for my sons first birthday upcoming March 2022. I have Messaged thru Instagram and texted just like she says on her stories but no response. She is "supposedly booking for Dec. 2021" but can't even respond to messages. This is a very LATE review. Let me begin with how kind and personable the owner is. This is actually one of the best independent cake shops I've ever done business with and the only one now. I love the fact that she's kept her word on everything and she's updated me on what the cake would look like before it would be done so that its made completely to my desire. And I stress that because I've had bad experiences with other cake businesses. So I found Ms. Segoviano last minute because my cake lady had backed out on me even though I had made a deposit months prior. And I was completely stressed out because my baby shower day was near approaching. In desperate need of a baker I searched the hashtag LA Bakers on Instagram and looked at cakes that looked appealing in design. And Ms. Segoviano's cake design caught my eyes. She had her business number for text and contacted her past her business hours and thankfully she replied. She was more than happy and accepting of my cake request and I myself was ecstatic. Great thing about her is she's open to all your design requests and she's completely honest about whether she can do it or not. And when she can't she improvises and comes up with something similar or better. Forms of payment : When I first spoke with her last year she offered Cash, Chase QuickPay, Venmo, and PayPal with an additional fee. She's both delivery and pickup depending on your location. She did my Baby Shower cake August 2015 and recently she did my fiance's Birthday Cake in January of this year. read more

I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries infused with wine for Mother's Day and they were absolutely the best. She had my order ready right on time and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. I am extremely happy this amazing custom cake shop created a yelp account! Carolina is the owner of this small company and the creator of these delicious cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, oreo cookies, etc. I wasn't able to find anyone in my area that creates beautiful cake pops and Oreos! But a old friend of mine recommended to me @segovianocakecreations i wasn't sure if should order from this company because i live over an hour away and traffic can be horrible (especially leaving LA county) but she offered to deliver to them personally. Luckily a friend of mine was able to pick up the order for me. And once i received them, i saw that we're placed nicely in a container so they would stay fresh. They were absolutely beautiful and delicious! Our guest loved them! I was so excited to get a cake and cupcakes from her for my 1st daughter's 1st birthday party. She seemed very professional with beautiful cakes and at a very reasonable price. I receive a text Thursday (Oct. 3rd) about pick up time for today. Okay, I'm thinking cake should be done or about to be and should be ready that day, right? But day come of the party(today Oct. 5th) I receive a text early morning saying she is not completing my order due to being stressed and anxiety. I'm sorry but that is VERY unprofessional.
