I initiated the ordering processes about 5 months ahead of the date I needed it. Everything was done through email. 2 tier cake was way more then enough for 70 people. We used one of her prior designs because it matched our theme perfectly. She gives you pricing for the cake, the custom displays, and the additional decorations so you know how much each piece for your cake costs. Most of her cakes are wrapped with fondant and her displays and decorations are made with fondant and other edible desserts. Flavors - They have many cake flavors and many frosting flavors. You can mix and match to your flavor profile. Bottom Tier - Red Velvet w/ Cream Cheese. I have had this combo of hers many time. The cake itself is great but I always find the cream cheese super sweet. She will not make it less sweet, I asked. Top Tier - Oreo Cake w/ Peanut Butter Mousse. This cake was probably one of my favorite cakes I have ever had. The combo was a little weird but it worked so perfectly and it was not overly sweet. So good, people kept asking for seconds. Even one of our guests ordered this exact combo for their party a few weeks later. Decorations were so amazing that you do not even want to take it apart. Top notch decorating and designs. It was beyond everything we expect and more. Cutting the cake is a little difficult. There are many many pegs keeping the cake together. You have to remember to pull them out as you cut. For first birthdays, she offers free smash cakes. They match up to your cakes design. They were so perfect and matched up perfectly. The cake is a vanilla pound cake. The kiddos loved it. Tip, either warm up the fondant so its super soft or peel it off, they could not break through the thick layer. Once you finalize your design and cake flavors, you pay half then and half on pick up. Ordering: I emailed her and although she put out a disclaimer about giving her 3-4 days to reply, she actually responded within a day or two which was great.
