I pre ordered a large shipment of lollipops from the store manager Sonia who is always takes care of my large orders. I had asked Sonia if she could have this order by the 15th of April. She said of course, then I asked her if it could be ready by the 10th and she said no problem. This was my 2nd time ordering a large order. I went to pick up my order on a rainy day. The 2 workers, I forgot their names, but they were so great to me. One of them asked if I needed help carrying to the car, I advised her that I was ok just to offer that made me smile. Customer service has changed tremendously, it's good to know that there is still GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was provided on April 10, 2026. Wow what a lovely staff this location ha. I wanted to speak specifically to how helpful Justin was. He made something as ordinary as picking out candy such a wonderful experience. What's not to like about See's candy? My mom used to always get the 2 lb nuts and chews for Christmas from a family friend. I'm more particular, but I found a great caramel candy that I love here as well as a couple of the more truffle-style ones. Sees y stands for Quality. this place had great selections of candy and great customer service. Got some special candy for our wedding anniversary thanks for the treats! COVID-19 phase Worker was masked and very kind. The store was clean. They also had Christmas candy. I bought Dark Molasses Chips, a Dark Peanut Brittle and and a Dark Bordeaux My mother bought a Divinity Puff, and peanut brittle pack. The nice worker also gave us a bunch of great samples! Mmm...chocolate! There is something enticing about walking into a candy store with the wonderful aroma of chocolate welcoming you. I have always been a big fan of See's. My Nonni used to always give my siblings and me a delicious divinity chocolate egg from See's every Easter. Easter just wasn't Easter without a divinity egg! The service at this location has been consistently good. The clerks are extremely helpful when one needs help deciding on the perfect assortment. I love that I can purchase preselected assortments or create my own sampler! If you are in need of a gift or a little treat for yourself, then See's is a must visit. read more

See's is a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I was happy to see a non seasonal store open in Turlock. I decided to stop here today, and bought some candy. Like all See's stores I was greeted as I walked in by a friendly employee, and offered a free sample. While I did buy some candy, I was slightly disappointed as they were out of a couple of my favorites. What I did buy was as delicious as always. Will definitely be back. read more

As the son of a chocoholic, especially with See's opening this store closer to home, this location sees us frequently. Michelle is often working when we come and visit and she is incredible. Very personable and friendly, she will check up and see how we are doing and what we've been up to since we last were there. We love it! There's the free sample (which we can pick out what we would like to try, unlike other locations where you're just given a sample to try) which is always an enjoyable treat to get us in the mood for picking out the delightful chocolates to fill a box. This place is usually empty when we go on Friday evenings, so I hope they make enough to remain open. read more

Candies were good, and the store is clean. However, customer service was poor. The lady with the lip ring seems so pissed off and rude, when I asked questions about possible sales in the store. I have bought products from there, but this lady is just deterring people from going back again. read more

Don't get me wrong people, see's candies are my favorite chocolates. That is why I was surprised when on my last visit, I received some old, odd tasting and textured candies. The staff is excellent, no complaints there. I will not return to the Turlock store for future purchases. read more

I went in to get some candy for my mom and I'm not from the area and Lina T. was EXTREMELY helpful. She let me taste the California Crunch and was just plain nice. A very nice experience from See's.
