For myself, I bought the caramel toffee. OMG! Soft, buttery caramel and crisp toffee are the perfect combo! One piece was rich and super satisfying! Other patrons waiting for their orders already had been served old water. Several minutes went by and none of the three employees walking back and forth bothered to greet us, say "We'll be with you in a moment", or even make eye contact. I was not in the mood to stand up and raise my hand for attention. I shouldn't have to ask for basic service from a supposedly established business and when it wasn't that busy, or should I have? After several minutes of just sitting there and feeling ignored, my wife and I quietly left the counter area. Sorry to leave a negative review.
