She casually asked my shoe size and I told her. When I went into the dressing room, there was the jacket along with a few other jacket choices and a lovely business dress along with a pair of shoes. I loved the dress and shoes she styled for me! I didn't even try on the jacket. Paris gave me what I didn't even know I wanted! The dress was within my budget, but the shoes were more than I usually spend. BUT with an in store coupon, the total was brought closer to my usual dress & shoe budget. Last weekend, I took my 18 year-old autistic daughter to Lane Bryant. Her school program was…read moreholding its first prom, and for the first time in her life, she wanted to wear a dress. She has sensory & behavioral challenges, so I was not looking forward to dress shopping. I decided to start at Lane Bryant since it's small and would have something in her size. When we entered the store, we were very quickly greeted by Cheryl. I explained why we were there, and she immediately grasped the situation. She asked about my daughter's sensory needs and offered to have us sit in the Accessible fitting room, which had a soft comfortable chair for my daughter to sit in, while Cheryl picked out some dresses. We tried on several and ended up with a pretty floral one with stretchy, comfortable fabric. It was perfect. My daughter had her prom last night and had a wonderful time. Everyone told her how beautiful she looked, and she felt special. Thank you to Lane Bryant, and especially to Cheryl! Young people like my daughter don't always get to have the same experiences as their peers. You were a big part of her amazing evening!

When a man comes out, Cesar opened it for him to get out & I looked at him and asked him if I could back in with my family who was finishing up their purchase. He said "No" I told him "im NOT making a purchase im with my family" he looked at me rude & again said "no, I don't care" and shrug his shoulders! When my family finally finished 8:16 I asked him for his name which he responded "Cesar" and I said "ok, Thank you" he then proudly said "I'm the store manager" wow good job Express, you lost a customer for your rude store manager.
