While this is a really nice store, love the products, our experience wasn't what we expected. The right wing political agenda was on full display around every corner.. The owners have every right to run their store as they want, but I did not appreciate having it rammed down my throat. Also, only some staff were wearing masks, and our cashier , Diane,, was borderline rude to us, possibly because we had them on. This place is a total destination. Definitely spare a couple hours of your time to visit here. The best way to describe it is a grocery store on the first floor. You can either grab and go, or pick from there variety of seafood/meat and they will prepare it for you. Delicious meals cooked by talented chefs. The second floor consists of seating to enjoy your prepared meals and drinks. There are also live bands in the evening. Our server, Brittany started out great. Three of us ordered dinner and drinks. My husband got pizza, I got a burger, and my friend got the sushi. My husband's pizza and my friend's sushi came out but my burger never did. After waiting a bit and seeing they're almost done with their meal, I tracked down Brittany to ask about my burger she went and check came back and said they are plating it now. That was not the case. The service manager came back a little while later with Brittany and told me if I want my burger it'll be another 10 minutes. No apology for the mishap. I told her I'll take it if she comps it. Everyone was done with their meal and dishes taken away by then. She rudely said to me "Do you want the burger or not?" Again, no empathy or ownership. Her role as a service manager is to display those qualities when mishaps happen. I love Seed to Table and will definitely be back. Hopefully by then they find a more qualified service manager who represents this wonderful place better than this lady did. read more

This place is amazing!! I love everything I have bought or ordered here. Except tonight I bought 4 cupcakes from the bakery. They aren't real big cupcakes. $4/each which I'm fine with if they are really good. They aren't!! The carrot cake tastes like it was at least a week old. It was so hard. My sister took me here to show me this place during their live music upstairs because she loved this place. I didn't like it because it was too crowded and loud so we left before even getting a drink. As we were walking back down the unlit stairwell, which was the only way back down, I was walking right behind my sister and the man in front of my sister kept stepping backwards back up a step, and then back down, and then back up, at least four times in a row in effort to say one (actually four) last things to a lady upstairs. While he was doing this he kept unknowingly backing up in to my sister. She finally got so frustrated that she went to walk around him. When she let go of the railing she tripped on the stairs and took a pretty bad fall. Turns out that this "Backer-upper" was the manager of the store, "Scott". His reaction toward her after she told him how this all happened was disgraceful. He yelled that it wasn't his fault because he didn't know she was behind him. Then, on top of that, the bouncer whom I personally witnessed his initial reaction to noticing my sister laying on the stairs as he was walking by, stated that he witnessed the whole thing and insisted that we were lying about how it happened. That bouncer was sincerely startled when he saw my sister already laying on the steps, so I know he didn't witness it or he wouldn't have been surprised to discover her there. He would have instead been heading to her to pick her up. Both of these guys were so caught up in protecting the store from lawsuit-happy Americans that they could not allow themselves to care about my sister's wellbeing. Luckily, my sister got her head scanned and she is fine. A lot bruised up and sad that she doesn't feel like she can go there anymore, but she is okay physically at least. I flew to Naples from Asheville, NC to visit family. And Scott's carelessness put a huge damper on everything. Thanks Scott. read more

Many of the items were expired when I went in. I heard two employees talking about a freezer that had been out several hours before they were able to move the items to a new freezer. They were taking the items out then and putting a sign on the freezer. I am a dietitian and make a living educating people on healthy eating but I found many things they were advertising as healthy were not healthy at all. I would recommend avoiding this store. read more

Three stars because although I like the concept they are trying to portray of sustainability and local farm support, they are lacking in first and foremost having paper bags instead of plastic .. they dIdnt even have the option .. no reusable baggage to be bought either .. the other thing is no labeling of what area of Florida the meats or seafood are coming from .. I did not see any seafood sustainability or meat sustainability certification .If Seed to Table wants to compete with Whole Foods, Trader Joes , and Luccky's then they need to get up to speed with what being sustainable means .. today's consumer exPeCts more .. Was shocked to see less than 1/2 of their employees were wearing masks. This includes those handling and serving food! I asked an employee why so many people were not wearing mask and he replied that the company gives people a choice. First time to this store we heard so much about. Lots of nice things: nice produce, salads to go, and nice wine selection. Very lively vibe with a band playing and people with their families, friends at one of the several bars. BUT the 2 stars is for the VERY poor quality tacos! What was I thinking to order these? Just missing home in LA. First of all they took 30 minutes after my husband had already eaten half his burger which was over cooked! Second the Baja taco: was fishy, dry ,overcooked and tasteless. Al pastor taco slightly more flavor but huge chunks of fat and the tortilla were dry white and pasty then fell apart.. Tortilla chips were also overcooked almost burnt and the guacamole had one too many overripe a avocados added ruining the flavor. So won't be going back anytime soon sadly! read more

Absolutely beautiful store! Every department is gorgeous! The food served at some of the little cafes and stands is delicious! My grandchildren love the little daycare. Everything I've bought from here has been wonderful. The staff is lovely. Very kind and gracious. I appreciate that they're very understanding when it comes to my medical conditions which prevent me from wearing a mask. It's the only place I can shop. This place is the most innovative grocery, restaurant and entertainment establishment in the country! The produce, meat, seafood, and to-go items are the freshest at this store. The shelves, floors, tables, etc are phenomenally clean and modern. There are no concerns whatsoever in regard to viruses and bacteria. We actually love this place but the woman at the wine bar in our opinion has no hospitality skills. She does not follow up on anything. Open the wine and get as much as she can. Our food was wrong we were missing something. She never asked or even attempted to resolve any issues. She is always there and have had 3 similar experiences. If you are worried about catching COVID, please stay away! I went in the store a few weeks ago, and was horrified at the large, almost entirely maskless crowd! Everyone was waiting for food from the in-store restaurants without a lick of social distancing. Apparently the owner is a mega Trump supporter and believes that COVID is a hoax. So if you have any common sense, stay out of this store! The produce I bought was delicious but sadly I cannot return due to concerns over catching the virus.
