We had an amazing tour guide, Steve, he is not only knowledgeable but patient and kind. The weather was rainy but they provided huge umberellas and I wouldn't hesitate to book again regardless of the weather. If you are new to DC I would highly recommend? You see so much and all whilst learning. read more

We were in town for a wedding and only had a short widow to see the DC for our first time. Wow! We could not have had a better 4-hour tour of the sights. We saw so much, but at just the right pace. The logistics are perfection: Dean piloting the SUV while giving us so much history, while at stops, Jessi escorting us through monuments, and buildings then coordinating Dean's pickup- so effortless. Dean even personalized our tour adding in the Law Enforcement memorial- so moving. I highly recommend Dean and his team for an effortless yet comprehensive DC tour. So glad we added this to our weekend plans! read more

We only had one full day of sightseeing and booked a private tour with See DC Today. I called to book our tour and they were flexible and accommodating. Dean was our driver and guide. We took the night tour with Ramon in May. It was a terrific tour - starting just before sunset so we could see different phases of the evening sky against the sites and into the night time with the memorials lit up. Ramon was so amazing - deftly weaving thru the traffic while elaborating about the history of the city and sights. He was funny and informative. Ramon was happy to share recommendations of places to eat, etc. He stopped at multiple locations for us to get out and look around. We loved being in a small van with a limited tour group and happy to not be in the huge tour buses putting out lots of pollution and often stuck in traffic. We can't say enough about this tour company and Ramon!!! First rate! read more

I have visited 47 States and many countries this was the best tour ever. outstanding rating was earned by Dean our knowledgeable tour guide. Luxury van for 7. We visited all the National Mall and all monuments, Arlington Cemetery, Einstein, MlK, Iwa Jima at a leisurely pace. Dean was great a pointing out landmarks and giving us detailed tidbits as we drove through the city. Jen we need a photo Dean knew where we should stand for the perfect pic. Lastly, we were running a tad late and Dean was able to pick-us up at Hank's Oyster Bar on the Wharf. (Awesome place). We loved this tour and booked Dean to transport us to BWI. Thanks Dean for making this a trip wonderful. read more

Great tour! Ann Marie was our tour guide. Plus we had our own driver. Felt like we saw all of DC! Stop and got out at all the best spots-all the memorials and monuments. Ann Marie knew it all! Nice, comfortable van for my family of 10. Loved it! read more

Rich led a fantastic tour for our family, he was very fun, knowledgeable, and flexible. We got to see all the major monuments and learn so much more about the history and design. It was also fun to see a lot of lesser known monuments and attractions we'd never heard of before. The pace of the tour worked well for all of us, including folks who are older or have difficulty walking long periods of time. read more

Our driver and guide, Steve Ryan, was excellent. He has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of DC - its sstatus, history, monuments, government buildings, architecture, downtown business district, the Kennedy Center, Arlington National Cematary, the Pentagon, and on and on. And he knew how to avoid traffic, get us close to our destinations, and was there to pick up up after visiting monuments. He was flexible and willing to add stops and skip others. read more

We had a wonderful tour with Daniel! He was knowledgeable and funny. We had two teenagers with us and they had the best time too. We liked that there was enough time (but not too much time) at each stop. Highly recommend!! read more

What a great experience and guide. We booked this tour last minute as our previous tour ompany canceled at the last minute. I was so happy we did because we loved the experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and ensured we all were comfortable. We felt safe with his driving and laughed at his jokes. The experience felt intimate as there were 9 people in total, which was a breath of fresh air. I love the small group because it allowed for a more personal experience that was customized due to the groups wants and suggestions. We were given a great deal of time at each landmark that helped us gather photos and read about the history without feeling rushed. The van was comfortable and clean as well. I would recommend this tour for anyone visiting DC and would like to view the city and landmarks at night for a different experience. I would also credit this tour for a romantic tour vibe without the price tag. read more

I booked a private tour lead by Corey two days ago and there are truly no words to describe what a phenomenal experience this was. It was worth every single penny. Corey was absolutely amazing throughout the 4 hour tour. He was so interactive and amazing with our kids. He was so knowledgeable and because the tour was private we were really able to tailor the sites and monuments we really wanted to see. I have been to DC with my husband several times but this tour really was such a great way to see the city. There are many companies out there, but not many guides like Corey. I highly recommend this company! read more

The sights we stopped at were all breathtaking, with ample time at each location to really soak in the moment, read the plaques and take photographs! Steve was so kind and prepared offering us cold water to hydrate from the heat, and umbrellas when it started to rain. Got to see so many monuments and memorials in a record amount of time! My birthday weekend was last weekend, and we decided to go to DC and book a night tour so we didn't miss anything DC had in store. We were very lucky to have been assigned Kyven. He was warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and a great story teller. I would highly recommend taking this tour for first time visits to DC! Thanks Kyven! read more

Dean was wonderful. Picked us up from the scheduled location and we ended up being the only couple that day so it felt like a private tour. Got to see all the major landmarks with ample time to take pictures. Dean knew a lot of history and shared that with us along the way. He was very courteous, respectful and accommodating. The small van was air conditioned and he provided us with cold water throughout which was very much appreciated in the hot weather. He was nice enough to drop us off at another location so we could continue our adventures for the day. If and when we return, I'll definitely be doing another tour with him, maybe at night. read more

We went on the night tour of the Monuments and it was probably one of the best tours we've been on. The tour guide was truly engaged and very, very knowledgeable. The tour was scheduled for 3 hours and then he asked if the group wanted more and we went for over 4 hours. At the end of the tour he returned all of us to our hotels since it was almost 11:30 pm. This is a 5+ star tour company. Highly recommended. read more

This tour was awesome. Our guide Robert was the absolute best. I called him Richard by mistake when he first picked us up and it became a growing joke the entire tour. He was hilarious, knowledgeable, nice, and kind. Our group of 7 plus 4 others were on this tour. We ranged in age from young to old. He was patient and made the tour comfortable for all. He made sure to get us close for my bfs dad who uses a cane. He was accommodating and we even went over our time a little bit. He played photographer for us when needed also. I'd totally do this tour again although I have been to DC 1000 times since I was young. He made it worth seeing the monuments and museums all over again. read more

Did the night tour with See DC Today this past weekend. What a great experience! Not only did we hit all the highlights that we expected, the fabulous team of Ari (tour guide extraordinaire) and Sylvia (driver par excellence) made it especially memorable. Ari's knowledge of every stop included many little known facts and stories that you just wouldn't get from those big bus/hop on-off tours. If you can get this tour with Ari and Sylvia, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more

This tour of the major sites in DC was perfect! Dustin was a thorough, professional, and informative tour guide. This day tour was so good we decided to take the next night and do a night tour so we could see the city with lights. This time we had a wonderful driver Terri, Dean the owner, and Penny as competent and professional tour guides. The van was modern with a television for added historical background and they took very good care of us showing us the sites at picking us up right near each site. I highly recommend this company. The night time monument tour was the highlight of our trip. Sharon was amazing with her knowledge!

Anne Marie and edrick made a great team. Very informative. My wife and I enjoyed learning about the DC area this way.

We spent about 4 hours in this tour and it was fantastic. It was at an easy pace, not hurried, and we were given a lot of information. We were able to visit many memorials that otherwise would have taken us a couple of days to do on our own. Highly recommend it!! read more

I can't say enough good things about See DC Today and the owner, Dean. We booked Dean for a day tour, evening tour and airport transports for my son's high school graduation trip. Dean was professional, knowledgeable, informative and fun -- even stopping at a red light, he'd tell us what we were seeing nearby so not a minute was wasted! It was pretty rainy during our day tour, and he was ready with umbrellas. For our evening tour, we decided to change our dinner plans which resulted in us needing to be picked up in a different location. NO problem! I texted him, he texted back, and it wasn't an issue. I have some physical difficulties and he was so accommodating -- made sure we parked near where the elevators were, I never felt rushed, and it was just fantastic. We saw SO much and learned so much -- it was truly a wonderful trip in large part to Dean. Thank you, Dean, for making our trip so great! read more
