We aren't positive how we made him angry but he claimed when I spoke with him that we "rode his ass" and we are thus deserving of him verbally abusing me and my friend who was driving, cursing at me and otherwise being incredibly disrespectful. When I called his business I spoke with the woman who answers the phone who was polite. When I called the "owner" I said "Jeremy, are you driving in front of us right now?" He immediately began cursing and yelling at me. I feel as though this man is unpredictable and all we saw was rage in his face. I called to calmly deal with the issue as he blew his top. On top of that, he is the one who sped around us at an unsafe speed and yelled through his window at us for a while (this is how we realized he was angry with us) To our knowledge in the 3 minutes we had been on the road we were never behind a white work truck, and considering how irrational and erratic he was behaving I feel this is a issue that others thinking of using this business should be aware of.

She was clearly on a personal phone call when we arrived at 5:40, she rudely told us "I'm the only person working and I have to do a mail drop, can you come back tomorrow". Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.

Was very happy about this! My location was in a weird spot, and the driver called to get the exact location and he was there in just a few seconds. Very fast, easy to communicate, and happy my car is home safe and not damaged. I was already having a bad day hoping the battery was the issue with my car, and got a new battery, and that didn't fix the problem. Nothing like a car that won't start right after spending money on a new battery. The driver offered to try and jump it, but the place I was already tried. I appreciated his offer to try and help before towing.
