Here's what happened. I called Bobby at a company called : TCI Security Cameras at +1 (562) 922-3497 He returned my call within a few hours and scheduled an in home appointment for the following morning. Bobby is not only a personable, pleasant young man to work with, he is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to security cameras I price checked his bid with three other competitors and his price was right in the middle of the others who supplied a quote. I awarded Bobby and his crew the job; Bobby showed up with one helper within the week and completed the entire installation in one day My Rating......A++. I wish you good luck finding someone better. We were looking around for a security camera installer and stumbled upon their fantastic reviews on Yelp and Google and they did not disappoint! I gave them a call and they came the same following week! We had 8 CCTV cameras installed, and the quality of both the equipment and the installation is high quality and truly top-notch. What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. Pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! Bobby handled our install, and he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He clearly knew his stuff and made the whole process smooth and easy! 1000% would recommend to everyone looking for reliable, high-quality camera installation. Again THANKKK YOU Bobby + the TCI team!

They extended my contract an extra year without even telling me, just casually expecting me to sign off on it. Apparently, your home is just collateral damage in their rush to hit their quotas. Customer service? Forget it. Transparency? Nonexistent. Daniel at Progressive Security Screens was hands down the most competitive when it came to pricing. He's honest, responsive and easy to work with. If you have small children, you'd understand their constant need to run INTO the screen door every chance they get. We needed something that would withstand the abuse, look good, but was also safe and secure. Let me tell you, Daniel delivered! The sliding screen doors look fantastic and feel incredibly strong and secure. Highly recommend Progressive Security Screens.

As for Daniel, he was great to work with: responsive, accurate measurements, takes pride in professionally installing each security screen, takes his shoes off (if requested) before entering the house, and was patient with me micro-managing him at times. We even enjoyed talking and getting to know one another.

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
