There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

My…read moreinitial plan involved spending around $3000 on new hardware and installation to go from land line to cell-based, plus dealing with an ongoing monthly bill of over $50. But Jack turned that around completely with some fantastic advice over the phone. Instead of pushing for an expensive upgrade, Jack recommended switching our land line provider from AT&T to Spectrum. This simple change would save us over $300 per month without needing to touch any of our existing equipment--and he didn't charge a dime for the consultation! We're talking $30 a month for a business landline with Spectrum versus the whopping $360 we were paying AT&T. Thanks to his pointer, Spectrum is coming out tomorrow to handle the switch and finally rid us of that overpriced service. At our main entrance gate we had a DoorBird D1101KV unit installed, an Enforcer Keypad at our secondary gate (both with electric Strikes) and an Emtek touch entry unit for our front door. Lion Security were great to deal with - responsive and helpful. Our installer Diego however was truly exceptional. Knowledgeable, always available, quick and his work was of a very high standard. In running cable and cutting drywall he kept needed repairs to a minimum. The entry systems we chose were not cheap - especially the DoorBird - but we needed the ability to, for example, let people in remotely. We have had the systems for over a month now and they have worked as advertised from day one. We could not be happier with them and cannot recommend Lion Security and particularly Diego more highly.

Everytime I would call to get an update, I felt like I was being rushed off the call. I ended up awarding the project to another vendor after giving up on call backs lack of communication. I'm sure these guys do great work, but for some reason weren't really interested in doing business with me.
