We went with this company because it was important for us to hire a local company, and I really wanted to make sure it wasn't a third-party referral company that sent a technician that didn't care if they did a good job since it wouldn't affect them. This company is family owned and operated from what I can tell. They pay great attention to detail and are very professional. I called at the end of the day and fortunately was able to schedule for the next day. Our TV looks perfect and we will be hiring them again in a few weeks to do a few other electrical installations for us. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other companies we looked at online that started with a simple quote but got added fees attached to it as the script for the quote moved along. So all in all we're very pleased. read more

Kent and his crew accommodated my request for an early Sat. appt. They were on time, efficient, and very patient with my questions. My old tv was removed respectfully and the new Samsung s95f was installed carefully. Kent hooked it up to cable and walked me through the basics of operation. Diaz Bros pricing is fair too. Yes I would happily use them again! I recommend them most highly!! read more

Last week I hired Kent and Don to handle mounting two large televisions in my home with wiring set within the walls. These gentlemen were top notch. They worked efficiently, kept things tidy and were a pleasure to have in my home. They were personable, knew what they were doing and pricing was very reasonable. As a single lady, often it can feel distressing having strangers working in your home. Not the case here. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and that alone is invaluable. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of related services. Ten out of ten stars for sure! read more

I called after a review on Nextdoor website. On post it said $125 to mount 56" TV. I have a 40". I also wanted a soundbar added to an existing TV (already mounted). In both cases I have everything- mounts etc. I made an appointment for January 7th (9 days from today). In speaking to a friend and revealing Kent quoted me $175-180 to do mounting. My friend told me no need to pay , he could do it. When I made appointment Kent said there was a $25 deposit to secure scheduling. I paid it immediately via Zelle link (which by the way is not recommended by Bank). I did it anyway and now it turns out Kent says it is not refundable! He is playing on Bank warnings not to use Zelle! Long story short no mention in phone conversation that deposit was non-refundable with even 9 days advance cancellation. Prices are all over the place for mounting and installation. Found a separate post on Nextdoor quoting $89 (everything included). He had nothing to provide with me. Please do not pay him via Zelle, G Ed t a price in writing and specify what it covers and get good understanding of deposit!! I am extremely disappointed in what I feel are a bit deceptive. read more

Prompt friendly service! Easy to book appointment and my technician Bobby was knowledgeable and did a fine job.

I bought a new TV and had it delivered because couldn't get a full install from where I purchased for another four weeks. I was able to contact Diaz Bros. and get my TV set up next day and for less than the big box store. I was glad to see Kent brought Derek with him since it's a very thin 65" TV. They were done quickly and helped walk me through set up until I felt comfortable using the magic remote. They are dog friendly if you have a fur baby at home (well, Derek likes dogs, especially Frenchies). Thanks, Kent and Derek! read more

Diaz Bros mounted a TV and put together a cabinet for me seamlessly! They were very professional and did an amazing job hiding all of the ugly wires. Other companies I called were not sure they could do what I was asking for. Kent gave me the assurance that I needed so I felt comfortable booking with them after our first phone call. So glad I did! read more

The absolute best!!! I used them when I first got to LA 4 years ago and then again a couple weeks ago!!! Super professional and kind and efficient!!! Will always use them!!! read more

The first job by Diaz Bros was to mount 2 TVs. Kent was excellent. Efficient, clean and kind. My second job was to mount a ceiling light. Kenny arrived a few minutes outside of the timeframe they provided, but he was great as well and displayed qualities of a skilled electrician. My third job was to hide the wiring of my office equipment. This go 'round, I had trouble getting in touch with Kent, he expressed that he was swamped with work. He made arrangements to come and consolidate the wiring, which he did, and that was a huge aesthetic improvement; but I specified the descire to have the wires covered. Kent didn't have the materials needed to accomplish this and would have to order it and complet the job another day. I followed up and we scheduled a day and time to finish the job; and that day came and went. No call, no show. I reached out to see if I had my dates wrong and Kent replied apologetically for missing the appointment due to being short-staffed. That was the last message I received from anyone at Diaz Bros. There was no effort to reschedule and complete the job. I believe Diaz Bro's are good people who know what they're doing, but I have extremely low tolerance for my time being wasted as a paying customer with no consideration to reschedule or attempt to rectify the wrongdoing. read more

Diaz Bros Electronics - Kent even offered to hide the wires but I had something else in mind to re-drill under the cabinet. Very satisfied - Home Theatre Installation Near Me

Terrible! We bought a nice TV from them in which they were supposed to come help set up. It's been forever now and they haven't showed up each time we planned to have them come! Still are having issues with the TV and getting everything all connected because it was never setup by a professional. Good products, definitely unreliable service. read more

I need 2 TV's mounted with the wires hidden, but it was a bit more complicated in that one of the mounts needed to change, and the electric was not close. Kent came and spend the entire day doing this for me, and I could not be more pleased. He made good suggestions for the cable box locations and had all of the tools and equipment needed. He was careful and methodical, and made sure there was no mess for me to clean up. Excellent service, and excellent skills. I would highly recommend and could not be more pleased. read more

I am a bit of perfectionist so I was a bit nervous looking for someone to install my new 65 SUHD tv and soundbar. I knew I didn't want to see wires but and I wanted actual receptacles not just extension cords. I called a few places, some said I needed an electrician, others said they would just mount the tv. I called Kent, he got right back to me. I grilled him on what ifs and he gave me the answers I wanted to hear. He even made time for me the very next day (he'll probably get me for saying this but he even came on Sunday) to get it done for me. His guys showed up on time, were clean, respectful, everything you could ask for. We spent a little time talked about height and tilt and angles. He helped guide me to a decision , and the right decision. It looks amazing. He planned it so perfectly that all of the wires are hidden in a slot behind my soda table and the tv. It is amazing. He is such a perfectionist, which is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I didn't have the bracket for the sound bar. He actually cam back the next day at 6pm and finished it for me. It was a big job with some hurdles but never once did he raise the price on me. It was exactly what he quoted. Honestly, you can not go wrong with Kent and Diaz Bros. I will and have already recommended him to friends. You won't be disappointed! read more

This review is long overdue. Referred by a friend, I needed two TVs installed with wires hidden. They were detailed in the needs of the project and came with all tools and equipment. I own an IT firm and I know a lot about home theaters. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my personal electronics. Kent and family perfected my home theater. They moved previously mounted speakers, mounted a 120" projection screen, mounted a DLP projector, and ran tons of cabling for everything. They also spliced a 12V trigger cable for me. All of it was done to perfection. Kent is extremely nice, calm, and knowledgable. His professionalism is only exceeded by hisattention to detail. My projection hits square on the white of the screen and looks incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better build experience. I strongly recommend for any/all AV needs. read more

Diaz Bros are awesome!!!! Kent mounted my 50 inch flat screen soooo quickly I was amazed. When I moved to my new place he took it down and patched the holes so well it was like it wasn't even there at all to begin with. He wrapped it up for me for my move also. He sent Bobby to mount the TV at my new place and he was just as awesome. Worked very quickly was very professional and even hid my wires without me asking!!!! HIRE DIAZ BROS!!!!! read more

I feel extremely fortunate to have found DIAZ BROS ELECTRONICS. After seeing Kent's work first hand, I immediately knew that I wanted to hire his company to perform work in my own home as I found him and his assistant to be extremely professional. I was amazed when I had discovered Kent's impressive abilities after seeing him install 4 different televisions all with different capabilities in a home that I was designing. My partner and I were amazed by his abilities and true gift of beautifully installing televisions -- making them look neat and expertly covering messy cords while enabling the televisions to have much mobility. After explaining that we had a a 65 inch television that we wanted installed in our loft style home, Kent immediately knew the kind of mount that would best suit our needs. We were impressed by his level of knowledge and highly anticipated the day that he would arrive to perform the installation. Kent and his assistant are very punctual. The work performed was impeccable. As a Designer, I appreciated Kent's strong sense of space, depth and distance and the measures he took to ensure that he we were happy with the placement. Kent exceeded our expectations to say the least. The installation went smoothly and the cords were expertly concealed. While being content with the appearance of our new television, my partner and I were overjoyed after realizing that the range of motion covered all angles of our 1100 square foot loft. We cannot wait to work with Kent again, he is truly an expert! read more

We were referred to the Diaz Bros by a friend. Kent and Fabian showed up and did a fantastic job mounting our TV. You could tell these guys know exactly what they're doing. They put a recessed box into the dry wall with power and HDMI cables running through the wall up behind the TV (zero cables visible). This was perfect because the new TV we bought is designed to fit flush against the wall. There were Zero hiccups and they did exactly what we wanted / envisioned. They were respectful, professional, and super nice guys. The TV looks incredible and we might do the bedroom now because they did such a great job. If you have a big TV and want to mount it and make it look very clean in a living room or any room, look no further than these guys. I consider myself fairly handy but was worried about doing this myself and messing it up. I'm glad I left it to the pros. Thank you Kent, Fabian, & Diaz Bros! read more

These guys are amazing, the epitome of quality service and perfect customer service. Kent and Frank are two of the coolest individuals you'll ever come across. Period. Read no further if you don't want to. Just hire them. It's unfortunate that we live in a society where exemplary customer interaction is a rarity. Yet, there are these moments when we're reminded that there actually are individuals that A) Care about the quality of what they do, and B) Care about the experience attached to said service. Both Kent and Frank represent exactly what you want on both fronts. From the moment I had my first phone consultation with Kent, I immediately felt that I was dealing with someone that truly cared about creating a sense of ease with the service request, and also cared about developing a quality rapport with the customer with whom he was engaging. There was an honesty attached to the overall exchange, because Kent was actually working on a job when we spoke, and DIDN'T over-commit himself to the timeframe I proposed due to a scheduling conflict he already had. This tells me that there is a care about performing the service without compromise to quality, and placing a guarantee with the customer without being greedy, or overly concerned with just booking appointments for the sake of making money. Beautiful. Both Kent and Frank arrived at the time previously agreed upon (actually a few minutes after, but you have to take into account that scheduled appointments can create unforeseen challenges, and LA traffic can always be a pain). Upon arrival, they were completely prepared to take on the job ( a concrete wall) with no issue, and that same comforting tone and rapport continued during the whole install process. I can't say it enough, these guys are some of the coolest individuals you'll ever come across. Everything was finished in record time without a hitch of complication. The plasma is mounted, and everything was cleaned and re-organized after they finished. The quoted price was BEYOND fair, and WAAAAAAAY lower than anyone else I researched prior. I paid more for the service than I was charged because I felt it was perfectly worth it. I WILL DEFINITELY use therm again for future installations. So should you. read more

Great service as expected but only thing that was frustrating was that my appointment was for 11am and they did not arrive until around 12:40. Kent was very professional and even arrived early to my apartment. He brought everything he needed (mount, all tools and measuring equipment).
