Fast and friendly. I called and received services in LA within several hours. Kent is super nice. Twice, I changed my mind and he was really understanding and kind. He was also very knowledgeable about TV mounting. He advised me to not mount the TV too high, so viewers won't strain our necks. He also explained how the sound bar I had installed under my TV should be at ear level to be in line with my hearing. He definitely enjoys his job and does his research. Kent is the Best! He mounted my 60" Vizio TV on the wall and also installed my Vizio 5.1 Sound bar system. He also installed a new antenna for me. Everything looks super clean. They were nothing short of terrific! I chose them because their bid was fair, the costs were reasonable and they were available in my timeframe. They did not disappoint! The job was to hang a 65" flat screen on the wall and hide the wires. At the last minute I asked them to move another TV for me... no problem. They got caught in Southern California traffic, they messaged me to let me know they would be late, gave me a new ETA and arrived right on time. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would advise against working with this vendor. They are dishonest and don't seem to have any respect for your time or their words. I was given an appointment for a Saturday at 3. I called at 3.15, 4.15, and 5 and was told every time it would be an hour. The last time I called, I was told he had to leave by 6 and he would send someone on Monday. No one showed up and I was told he went to the wrong address. On Tuesday, I waited for 4 hours until I was told that they were sorry and didn't have time. It would have been nice to not keep people waiting and not show up. I have not even heard the word sorry from them. They seem to think it is ok to treat clients like this. read more

Linda A: I totally agree with you. I am very dissatisfied with this installer. He installed a camera system in my home and gave me a 3 year warranty. He was paid in full the same day that the job was completed. The following day my spouse called him,because there was a problem with one of the cameras.Also, there is a huge bundle of wires left in sight near the power supply box. He made about 4 different appointments with us to return and take care of the problem. Each time he does not show ,instead he says that he will come "tomorrow". We are still waiting. If he does not stand by his work the first time when he did the installation, how will he honor the warranty. My husband was so fed up with this situation, that he left him a not so nice message on the phone. Now,he does not answer the phone. It's evident that this will have to be settled through the legal system. I' m so sorry that I did not first do my research. Another problem with him is that he is a late starter. I called the Monday after black Friday and Kent from Diaz brothers was able to fit me in same day to install 3 t.v's a 70, 55 & 50 inch. Him and his partner did an excellent job & with each tv they mounted Kent made sure that it was were I wanted it to be placed on the wall. I used Diaz Brothers Electronics to install a home theater set up in my home in Pasadena. At first, I thought the work done by the owner was very good and I even paid them more than they charged to do the work because I was impressed with the timeliness and low price of his charges. However, in the subsequent months, I realized some of the systems components that he had arranged were not working correctly and finally I contacted Kent Diaz to discuss the problems. He was "right in the middle of an installation" and promised to return the call later that day. Three days later and three follow-up calls on my part, Kent never returned the call. He screens his telephone calls and the Company web site limits your contacts. The mount above the fireplace actually had to be drilled into tile and even with that challenge they were still able to get the job done.
