I have not been able to use the service at all because I never received a working key. Initially, I was told the keys would take two weeks. When I followed up, I was given multiple different timelines: first 3 to 4 days, then I was told the keys were "lost in the mail" and needed to be reordered again. After several follow-ups, I was told the keys would be ready on Monday at 9am. When I arrived, the key provided did not work. I was then given additional explanations and delays, including that the correct key was unavailable due to another renter. Despite repeated assurances, the issue was never resolved in a timely manner. I paid approximately $640 for a service I was unable to use due to ongoing delays and lack of proper communication. I have filed a complaint with corporate and requested a refund. At this point, I do not feel confident in the reliability or professionalism of this location to handle mail services appropriately. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on my experience, I would recommend considering other locations.

Despite there being 3 of them, and moving being their job, they spent 30 minutes without lifting a figure. They raised the price to $500 and I agreed. But after lifting one item, they started asking how much tip would be. Another 10 minutes go by, with them complaining about how they're not "beggars" and I ultimately was done with them.

The crates stack up very neatly, unlike cardboard boxes, and are much easier for the movers to move. The drop-off and pick-up were punctual and flexible. We originally booked for two weeks - took one week to pack, two days to unpack. BoxUp was able to pick up the crates early and get them out of our way. Reuben did the drop-off and pick-up and was very professional. BoxUp also conveniently offers other packing material to be delivered with the crates. The green wrap was perfect for small pottery pieces, and the bubblewrap was great to protect art. Looking forward to booking BoxUp again when we have to move!

This time around I didn't price shop- I have had good experiences in the past with West Side Movers and wanted to stick with a company I have come to trust. Matt easily generated a quote based on a list of my items. COIs for my current and new building were generated within hours of booking my move. Vadim, Stevo, and the driver showed up on time just before 0800. Over the past two moves I have accumulated way too much crap...but they kept good humor throughout. Stevo masterfully disassembled and reassembled a horrific ikea bed like it was nothing! They handled my bulky sectional with ease. They got my monstrous 8 foot long credenza in the perfect spot. They took better care of my trash picked furniture than I do! Not a single item was damaged. We did end up going into overtime, but I think it was reasonable considering the sheer mass of boxes and other items...not to mention taking apart and putting back together the giant storage bed and a glass dining table. Vadim and Stevo made a stressful experience secure, efficient, and pleasant. I feel confident in my decision to stay with WestSide Movers (and Stevo!) for move # 3.

The items were later delivered to my new residence on August 4, 2026. At the time of pickup, all items -- including dishware, bedding, and clothing -- were in sound, undamaged condition. Upon delivery on August 4, 2026, I discovered the following damage: 1. Ten (10) plates and bowls were broken and destroyed during Clutter's handling, storage, or transport. 2. Two sealed storage bags were found soaked through with water, to the extent that their contents appeared to have been submerged. The affected contents -- a comforter, a pillow, and multiple articles of clothing -- were saturated and have since developed significant mold growth, rendering them unsafe and unusable. This water intrusion and resulting mold contamination could only have occurred while the items were in Clutter's custody, either during storage at the Tier facility or in transit. The presence of mold raises additional health and safety concerns, as mold-contaminated bedding and clothing cannot be safely cleaned or salvaged and must be replaced entirely.
