Guardian Security & Fred: A Standout Experience…read more I have had the privilege of working with Guardian Security Group under Fred's leadership, since December 2023, it's been one of the most meaningful and growth-filled experiences of my professional life. Over the past year, I've worked across multiple locations, earned a promotion to Security Supervisor, and continuously developed my skills through real world experience and consistent leadership support. Fred is the kind of leader who leads by example. He's honest, dependable, and truly cares about his team. If you show initiative, stay consistent, and carry yourself with professionalism, your work speaks for itself and that's what helps you stand out for future opportunities. Fred notices and keeps an ear out for dedication and makes the effort to support those who show they're serious about contributing to the team. Guardian Security Group offers a great environment for those who are focused and motivated. The flexible scheduling, clear structure, and team oriented atmosphere make it an excellent place to grow, especially if you're willing to put in the work and communicate your goals. Advancement is earned here, not handed out; which makes it all the more meaningful when it happens. Working under Fred has been a genuine privilege. He makes sure you know you have a place on the team when you need it, and that kind of loyalty and leadership is rare. I'm proud to be a part of Guardian and to continue growing under someone who brings out the best in his team.

I recently decided to upgrade my security system since technology has come a long way in 10 years…read more California Security Cameras did the upgrade for me and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A quality security system is truly invaluable when you consider the peace of mind it brings, and this is a company you can absolutely trust. The process began with excellent communication from the office before any work was even scheduled; they provided quotes in a timely manner that were easy to understand and fit perfectly within my budget. What impressed me most was that they use only quality equipment, and Israel took the time to review both what I needed and what I didn't need, which was equally important to me. Israel and his team can be counted on to show up right on schedule and complete the work in a timely manner. The installation itself is top-quality, with a lot of care going into strategic placement to ensure total coverage. Before any work started, Israel walked through the property with me and openly listened to my needs before deciding on the final camera placements. Additionally, they are respectful of your home and animals while working. they take care to close gates and doors when coming in and out which was important to me. Once the installation was complete, he tested the entire system, ensured all cameras were adjusted properly, and then personally went over how to use the system. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions about projects before, during, and after, and Israel and his team made sure that I fully understood everything before wrapping things up. If you are looking for a professional, reliable security team, I highly recommend California Security Cameras!

When I have a problem, he is responsive, and helps me troubleshoot. He will even test solutions first before having me commit to expensive installs.
