I called you on October 9, 2023, at 10:53 AM and left a message to tell you that I was pulling my boat out on November 6, 2023, to put it in winter storage. You called me back at 12:03 PM the same day and told me that I would have to pay for the entire month of November. I had no problem with that. You said that you normally get a 30-day written notice of departing your facility but since we were talking, you would accept the verbal notice (this should have been in your notes). My wife accidentally paid you twice and you admit it.  On November 6th I pulled my boat off your property and moved it to winter storage.  When I got home my wife told me about the double payment. I called you at 1:27 PM on November 6th to inform you about the double payment. You told me you posted the double payment for November and December, and I was covered for December storage fee even though I was not storing anything on your property, and you were not giving me my money back. I posted my review on YELP on November 6th to warn others of your corrupt business practice. You called me at 2:09 PM after reading the review on YELP on the 6th and left me a voice mail which included the following: "Hey Bruce, Todd Payne here, I went back and looked at all my records, NOTES, and everything and I don't see anything that you've notified me that you were leaving for 30 days but what I can do is take that EXTRA PAYMENT THAT YOUR WIFE MADE that I posted for December and KEEP IT and hold your spot for you. You'll start back up in the summer and make payments. Just give me a call back".  These are your words, Todd. You are admitting to keeping the extra payment and not returning my money even though you were notified in October. Why don't you have any records and I do. I am warning everyone to stay away, or you will have to shut your MONTH!

Just moved my items into Mini Mall Storage today and overall, a really smooth experience! The hallways and the unit itself were very clean, and the locker ended up being larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I noticed was that the area where my unit is located felt a bit warm, like maybe the A/C was down. Since I did opt for climate control, that gives me a little pause -- but I'm hoping it was just an off day and not the norm. All in all, solid first impression and glad to have the extra space at a good price and location!

The management and staff are very friendly and communicative. The manager Vernon goes above and beyond to be helpful. They added super cool new technology last year with an app that lets you open your unit and the gates. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I had an outside unit for the door is hard to open and it doesn't open all the way because it's a rolled door. When you load and unload you have to duck. Never had any rodent problems but the inconvenience of the door and them not answering emails or calls was frustrating. They emailed us about the rent going up without any warning. Also that there would no longer be a light outside each door. Good luck with seeing someone's the desk. I can count on one hand how many times someone had been in the office. You also have to buy your own lock and they charge for a monthly "protection" plan. You also have to give 3 month notice to vacate. I sent a letter and called, no response.

Now I need to look for another company that is cheaper. I hate a company that advertises a price and just because their terms says they can change prices when ever they want for any reason they decide to be greedy and increase on me. I'm only 4 months in. From what I see others had the same issue, prices increasing every 4-6 months. Garbage. Don't advertise a price and then double it! The quality is iffy too in my opinion. I have a "climate controlled" unit and inside the unit it feels muggy. I just hope my items don't have any damage from the heat.
