Super chill, very helpful service, really welcoming. Lots of selections!! Would recommend for EVERYONE!!

Fun and friendly staff. Facilities are kept clean and tidy. If they dont have it in stock they'll order it. Hazel and Angel take care of their people! read more

Went in to buy my first toy there was a man in there. I told him it was my first time and he said the one I picked out had good reviews. But failed to tell me I needed lube. Also when I came home I looked up the toy I bought for $105.00 and it was only $59.00 on line! And the toy on the box was dark purple and the one in the box was light purple. I get needing to make a profit but this feels like I got ripped off! And it would have been better to have a woman or someone that knew more about the products and what to use with them for first time users! read more

Selection is small but adequate. The arcade is better than most. They don't come kicking the door in like some places (adult world... ynot...). The service is great now that certain angry old men aren't there literally running out customers for no stated reasons.. but Deena is the star of this show. She is genuinely welcoming of all whom come in. I never felt judged or unwelcome. She's kind, caring and honest. It's genuine. It's hard for some people to even step foot into places like this let alone feel comfortable to purchase items they want but possibly feel embarrassed. Having staff that is helpful and not judgmental is what makes or breaks a place like this. With the internet offering deals and anonymity physical store can't hold a candle to, it's the Deena's of the world that will keep these businesses afloat. If you are shy and want to at the very least be able to look without added stresses, secrets is the place. read more

Store is very clean plenty of toys , lubes and even lingerie . The manager was super friendly and very helpful .She helped my partner and I pick out a great toy . It is definitely worth stopping by if you live in San Jose and are looking for some excitement . read more

Super helpful and friendly staff, the manager was very outgoing and professional. The staff here is very knowledgeable and if they don't have what you are looking for willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want or provide recommendations based on customer feedback and experience. The store in itself was super clean and they have a great selection of toys, would strongly recommend stopping and by and checking this place out, I will definitely be coming back they have found themselves a regular :). read more

Great store! Nice selection. Really affordable prices. Very clean. And amazing service! The store manager Ashley was there to answer all of my questions and was just a really cool person. Awesome experience!!! read more

Really clean store. Staff was very professional, especially Elena.

3.5 and I round up 'cause I felt really comfortable shopping here and that means a lot to me when you're browsing around openly looking at naughty things! They have a wide selection of porn vids, good variety, cock rings, imitation vaginas and even one with a butthole, dolls, furrzy cuffs, etc. I was impressed with their dildos/vibrators because they had all different types, and also a poster that advises you which one is right for you!! You have to go there to check out the GINORMOUS one though. It's supposed to be realistic but WOW that looks painful!!! It says latino on it or something lol. Their lingerie and costume area looked very 90s! Wasn't ugly, but also wasn't really my style. Overall I enjoyed the place, the girl that worked there was really helpful and friendly. I wish they had more games though! read more

The store is really small and everything seems to be 1-2 decades old. Compared to other shops I've been to, its quite mediocre. But it definitely worth it for the $30 for $20 deal. read more

There are like four sex shops on this road, very close from one another, but this one is by far my favorite. I've been going there for a long time every time my job takes me to San Jose, I go there on my lunch break and the arcade is always full of these little working class latinos who are straight but easy to convert. My speciality. Besides, this is the only sex show I've ever been to that has rear entry, how appropriate! Next time you wanna play with some mexicocks, this is the place to go. Ven papi! read more

See all

So I was pleasantly surprised by this place after reading several other reviews. The place was clean, the worker girl was friendly and overall my experience was just fine. The location is lightweight sketch... and you may get mugged getting out of your car, lol... so be aware of your surroundings. read more

RUDE male staff who told us not to park in the parking lot unless we were going to secret.... uh i was. he was smoking a blunt in the parking lot the entire time i was in the store. cheapy/basic toy selection & cheapy outfit options. i mean any of this stuff you can totally just get off amazon. go down the street to hustler for quality and great service. read more

Went to Secrets last night and not only did I like the selection of outfits and toys (and he prices too) but I really loved the man working there. I believe his name was Michael! He was a joy to be around, so funny and charming read more

It's in dire need of a facelift or at least a good cleaning and an updated, at least brought up to adequate selection before I'd walk in here again. I went in because, alas, Hot Stuff is no longer in business and there is not one store in the area to fill the market demand that's worth a trip out of the house. Sadly, no one asked if I needed anything, I wasn't there for videos and the selection of novelties and anything besides the aging back room brand of porn that attracts the lone upper middle aged single white male, looked old, dusty, and frankly not even displayed in a logical manner. Make no secret about it, it's a waste of time in my opinion. I have never given a super bad review before, but this was an insulting excuse for an adult toy store. read more

4.5 rounded up to 5! The selection was a little sparse but the woman working there was so friendly and patient with helping me choose what was right for me. Also the 10 for 20 deal was awesome! I walked out of there with 45$ worth of merchandise for 25$ since she let me buy two of the coupons. I'm definitely coming back here next time. :) read more

I needed a gift for a bachelorette party for a good friend. I didn't want to get the typical see though raunchy nighty. Without much experience in an adult store I was lost. A lady behind the counter named Ashley made me feel at ease and was quite familiar with all the products. I bought several items because I couldn't make up my mind. I end up keeping one of the items for me (haha)! My friend loved her gift and for now on I plan on being a repeat customer. I'm sure anyone that is working will be of assistance, for me I usually call first to make sure my saleslady is working before I come in! I brought some friends last time I was in and we all had a fun shopping experience! (~_^) read more

limited select on plus sizes, but they have plenty of deals on lingerie. I'll visit again.

I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and knowledge of the staff.I was thinking about purchasing a deal from yelp offering $30.of metchandise for $20.so I called to see if they had a specific item in stock and the sales person said yes we have a great selection of what you are looking for. So I went ahead and purchased the deal. We get there and it turns out that they didn't have anything of what I was looking for in stock at all! In fact there selection of merchandise is terrible! It smelled awful like cigiret smoke! I will never go back again!!! read more

Place was a little stuffy but quiet. Great toy selection and very helpful. First time in a booth but I may come back. Anyway my friend and I got what we came for and a price not bad. read more

Went into store for the first time and was very impressed! Michael is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again...

Great place to purchase adult toys. Clean space. Tons of options. Friendly staff. Non pressure sales approach. The day I went in last week most of the items I was looking at were on sale. Parking is not very plentiful but depending on the time of day you visit you can park right in front. Look forward to going back read more

It's a small shop with out of date clothes and toys. I usually shop online but since they had a deal I gave it a shot. Better off shopping online read more

I will probably never go here ever again. The shops' theft rate must be through the roof. The woman who works in the mornings never seems to be doing anything other than being on her damn phone and speaking rather loudly in her language which I find rather rude and insulting to anyone coming into the store. There's no help what so ever when it comes to finding anything as well. The night crew isn't any better now either. I was in there the other night and I guess they let the night guy go because it's now some new girl. The other girl who used to work there isn't there either anymore which is a shame because she was probably the only helpful one next to the other night worker. The store's always a mess now, there's absolutely no help when I come in (no greetings or anything what so ever). If I could give this store 0 stars; I would. I have also called their home office to see if I could complain but it seems they want to take no responsibility for their lack of work or costumer service. I would highly suggest people to never visit this location unless you want to be disappointed. Either going to any of the other stores in the area (The Y Not or even Party Time which are both located on the same street) are so much better and are actually nice to you. read more

Friendly staff, had exactly what I thought I was looking for. Turns out I was wrong but that's my fault : I Will return for the good selection and great prices. read more

Ashley is always friendly and helpful also Pam is nice to but the manager another older lady is very rude and makes me want to go somewhere else whenever she is there. She just sits there on her phone won't even look you in the eye and basically ignores you and makes you feel unwelcome read more

Nice clean and organized store. Employee, Ashley, was very friendly and helpful. In a decent location. Good video selection. I felt comfortable in the store. Will return. read more

Was in the store on a Friday night. It. Had a few customers and a couple. There was a young lady by the name of Ashly who greeted me Very polite, and helpful She was helping a few. Customers at the same time. Good worker, service and a nice clean store. Wow!! It made me feel like I should go during the week. So I did. Some lady who I later found out was the store manger was not to helpful and rude First she made Waite till she got off a personal cal and ask me what do you need. Her phone cell phone rang again, she answered, I waited awhile she never looked up toward me again so I left. If I go back it won't be while she's around. Will go only at night if I do go. read more

I've been going to this place for several years now, always been one of the nicest places and friendly atmosphere to it. Very clean (though usually only clean around the end of the week, I don't know who does the cleaning, but it's really dusty unless someone actually cleans which I think is the end of the week). I usually come in with my lady, but even without her, I don't feel as though I'm out of place. They have a lot of great sales on just about everything there right now (I stopped in last week, huge sales!). Only problem I have is when I come in, the staff doesn't really do anything. They're either off in their own little world, or on the phone. I've noticed this a lot in the last few months. The morning worker was always on her phone and never payed attention to anyone who came in or left. I don't know how bad their theft is, but I would say it would have to be up there when it's the morning shift. The night shift is usually more laid back. Always greets you when you come in, doesn't really bother you, but lets you know if you have any question (no matter how stupid it sounds) they'll hear you out. I always suggest going there after the morning shift during the weekdays (weekends are fine in my opinion). Other than that, great sales, nice selection of products to choose from. Their Lingerie is rather... ugly. It all looks old and outdated. Their stocking selection is rather good though. 2 out of 5 only because of all the time's my lady and I have gone in and someone's always been on their damn phone and not helping us. read more
