We were randomly driving around Gilroy Outlets and saw this shop. The owner was very helpful and her store is nice and brightly lit with no sleaze factor. There are lots and lots of vibrators and dildos in a wide range of styles and prices, blowup sex dolls (male and female), silicone vaginas, etc, and stuff for bachelorette parties. There is also fantasy lingerie, costumes, b&d stuff. Lots of cool fun things to check out. It seemed like there was something for everyone, male or female, gay or straight. This is the nicest adult store I've seen with the whole range of goodies and reasonable prices so go check it out. read more

Lover's Outlet - Front of store - Adult Shops Near Me - Gilroy, California

Very helpful and fun shop just off from the outlet mall in Gilroy! Lots and lots of options with things to use to spice up the bedroom. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again! read more

Love the environment and what the store offers, but the new employee there that i am not familiar with is just not a good vibe.. very unfriendly and lacks attention to her customers. I'll avoid coming in on days shes there until she looks happier to have a customer come in! Didn't get her name but she has short colored hair and an obvious dry personality. Please be friendlier girl! read more

Jeremy was so helpful! He pulled out so many things for my friend and I to look at and was so attentive! I've never been to a sex shop where an employee was so knowledgeable and inclusive. I will be happily retuning very soon! All the products are also amazing quality and there's something for everything's preference, anatomy, and budget. read more

Came in on Monday just before they closed and as always the best customer service and tips Hopefully I have the name right but I believe Jeremy is his name and he knows his stuff. He def makes me feel comfortable coming in. Thank you :) read more

I went in on a whim. Looking to spice things up. This is one of the few stores of this type in South County area. This store is packed with merchandise, however it lacks in lingerie. Though they do have edible undies. There is a wide array of selections for your freak/kinky scale; from the demure to dominatrix status. They carry a few different lines, yet there is a bit of cross over of products. I bought a sex toy, I should have done some research; it fell flat. DISAPPOINTING WARNING: there is a no return policy, for obvious reasons. Due diligence is required!!! Know what you're buying. The products are not cheap and you don't want to end up throwing it away I would go back again, after doing some product research. read more

Hello I love this place, last time I asked for help to get a good pick on harness and they let me try it on. Bought it and never looked back. Lol. read more

I was instantly surprised and impressed upon walking in. This place has a huge selection, is very clean and overall has great vibes. Jeremy was extremely kind and fun to talk to, has a lot of knowledge and recommendations. I'll definitely be back! read more

Worse experience ever. Was instantly told to leave store when entered with my s/o and threatened with the cops being called. Mind you I've never been to this store and neither has he we were super stoked to find something new and we're immediately profiled( accused of being thefts and driving a red van I asked to see the picture and informed he we has never been there) and disrespected Infront of other people. When I called to talk to a manager I was denied and hung up on. Worst customer service ever for a place that's supposed to be comfortable and not judgmental. read more

Great service from Lydia. She'll go the mile and then some to help you out. Don't know what I would do without her.

Great service. Good products and pricing. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Will return

As adult stores go, I don't want to use the typical red star Yelp rating system. This place gets Five Erect Golden Penises for their upstanding....I mean outstanding establishment! When I walk in I don't feel like I'm about to make a seedy drug deal like I do in most places of the same ilk. Instead, I feel like I'm walking around Target trying to find deodorant. The owner and all of the employees provide healthy moral (not oral) support when I'm in there shopping. They really know their products too! They will give tutorials on how to change the vibration modes on their vibrators and do everything in their power (not the vibrator's power) to keep patrons like me a(breast) of new arrivals. Every employee communicates well and does a great job minimizing the awkwardness by giving suggestions and laughing with you, rather than at you. They have never laughed at me when I ask to borrow their Sharpie pen to draw a faces on my newly purchased butt plugs that I often name Wilson. I have to have numerous plugs because I have to "cast away" the older ones I've worn out. Snicker, snicker, chortle! I'm really glad that Gilroy has a store like this. It's a shame that an overly sensitive contingent of the Gilroy population has tried to make this establishment seem like it's this hub of perverted clientele that doesn't deserve to be open. These are the same people who simply aren't getting any action to speak of in their own lives. Misery loves company, ya know. For these negative patrons, I recommend cumming in and checking out some of the inflatable partners that are for sell. Hey, something is better than nothing. I have a beautiful wife who puts out and I have to stay that the blonde they sell in here is a nice gal too, if not a little air headed and uncomfortably quiet. She is not such a good listener and is not open eared, but she is open mouthed, so I take that for what it's worth. I love the way she always looks at me awestruck whenever I cum home and she's sitting at the nook ready to greet me. The only drawback is that she is a bit deflated if I don't give her the attention she wants. At this point I just lock her in an old armoire my aunt gifted to me years ago. Please don't contact the authorities, she is perfectly fine with it and waits patiently until I'm willing to "breathe" some life back into our relationship. Most of the items for sell here can be bought for a slightly cheaper price online, but then there is the paper trail. Buying these fun and life enhancing products should be discrete at times, and this brick-and-mortar option ensures that. Cum check out your new bedfellow in the realm of adult stores. Lover's outlet will help you "let-out" some of those healthy inhibitions without feeling like you've just licked the floor in some seedy adults only movie cubicle. Not that doing that is such a bad thing.... if that's your thing. Jimmy hats off to the people who erected this wonderful establishment! LOL! read more

I went earlier this morning and the first thing we smelled was tobacco. It was so disgusting and the woman behind the counter wouldn't stop bothering me about my sex life and laughing at everything I looked at and said after she would ask me questions. Then she asked me if I knew some guy that she knows, I shook my head and just looked for a little longer before leaving, don't go here unless you wanna be harassed. read more

So they had a very wide selection actually for the size of the store and customer service was amazing everyone was friendly professional, and took the time to actually answer questions instead of just trying to sell the most expensive product. Definitely going back soon. You should too. read more

Very friendly staff! They've always helped when we had some questions about products. And were truthful about how they liked or disliked something. read more

Fantastic place, so close to home. The ladies that work here are the sweetest ever. The selection is always wonderful. Toys, oils, and lingerie so much fun. I make sure to drop in at least monthly. read more

This place is buy at your own risk!! Small sign says ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! There is no one around to make decisions. Store is overpriced for an outlet. Don't waist your time. The clerks can't even give you store credit if items don't fit. Even unopened items are not returnable. Selection is sparse. Stick to Frederick's or buy from a more reputable shop. This place would have negative stars of possible!!!! read more

Erica who worked there was awesome, she took the time to find me something that me and my wife could enjoy, not many employees would do such a thing. She was really patient and also showed me a few extra things that were in sale. They had a great promition, spend over 20 dollars and get a free gift bag with a bunch of toys and bag worth over 50 bucks! There prices are reasonable so come check it out, right next to TV noodle aside the gilroy outlets. Enjoy and ask for Erica! read more

I have been to this store a few times now and have fallen in love with the store. Ever since the first visit the store has been very clean and very welcoming, unlike a lot of adult stores. I have been helped by Justine and Erica and they both are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and makes sure to find you something that both fits your budget and your needs. Erica takes her time to help you find what you want and is not pushy at all which i love. They test all of the toys before you leave which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back. read more

Great variety! Very clean! Items tastefully displayed. Everything has price listed. Ladies were super nice! Appropriate signs such as must be 18 and over, no children, return policy etc. Will come back. Will recommend to friends. read more

They had what I wanted, with a great selection of things I never knew about. Had fun looking around for a bit then went to purchase what came for. Very easy going, happy place. Friendly lady with a smile greeted me as I handed my ID to her. 5 stars, good price. Had to buy here because I live with my parents and did not want the item shipped to the house. I asked her a question which she answered very well, and recommended I buy some lube. Great store. Great people. read more

Variety of goods and price points! Very clean and open space! Great customer service! Going back when I need something else. Highly recommend! read more

I've come to this store a few times and never had a problem or had an issue with the merchandise. Early I went in there and an older fat woman was extremely rude. She kicked me out because I didn't have an I.D. (I'm definitely older than eighteen.) I understand the need to check an I.D. but she was very mean to me about it. No welcome and no apology, just wanted us to leave. I could have come back with my I.D. easily but I felt so uncomfortable around this woman that I didn't want to shop or get the things I wanted with her there. Don't think I'll be coming back here ever. read more

Great place to get some naughty things. They were very helpful and not pushy at all. I enjoyed going in there as it was well lit and didn't feel dirty like so many of these kinds of stores can be. I will go back again to get more things in the future. read more
