I went to white fire because they different things from the dispensary in Salinas where I live. The bud tenders are very nice and friendly however, I purchased something and paid for it when I got home it wasn't in the bag I called and told them. Went back got my stuff that was missing and even purchased something else. Well what I purchased the second time was a display. When I finally wanted to use what I had purchased. There was no content in the package. It had been cut and marked out. So I purchased a wrapper from them. I think this is poor service if you ask me. Very disappointed. read more

We recently entered this facility to purchase some CBD cream. The two female attendants were instantly short and confrontational. One looked directly at me, interrupting me as I spoke and asked if I needed a new mask. I replied that I didn't and attempted to continue with my question. The girls refused to assist me and told me that my mask was "too damaged." I was shocked at this bizarre and completely arbitrary declaration. Both became quite snippy and derogatory. I was am not aware of any law or ordinance that specifically declares the declares to quality or condition of the face covering. Your staff needs better customer service training. For an industry that is already over regulated, you would think they would have more regard for the people paying their salary. Try not getting authoritarian with the people who are handing you money. I will be taking mine somewhere else from now on. read more

I live in Prunedale, about one mile from White Fire, and was really anticipating the opening of the dispensary instead of having to travel to CHAI in Castroville. Unfortunately, White Fire's price structure is so very, very out of line with other local cannabis establishments that it is almost laughable. CHAI is very customer-oriented and they have very attractive deals almost every day of the week. For example, Mondays is "edible" days, and every edible in the store is 25% off...bottom line; Sundays, the entire store is 20% off, etc. They do a bumper business, and I cannot imagine switching to White Fire under their current, unfriendly pricing. Owner: Please rethink this overcharging for the sake of locals who would flood to your doors were your business model more accessible. Thank you. read more
