I came across the Pineapple Express carts and put it face down to separate it from the rest of the varieties because it was so far way more potent than the rest. The associate said, "I'm going to have to ask you to not touch the merchandise!..." in a condescending and sharp tone. I said, "I'm sorry, I suggest putting signs up to show the potency then if it's that big of a deal." I stepped back and asked her which one I had laid down. She pointed to the Pineapple Express and I said, "I'll take five of them, please." She rang me out and I said, "I wanted to tell you, I was offended how you spoke to me and it made me feel like a tweaker or something." She said, "I was offended that you were touching the merchandise!" I wanted to give you some free advice. 1.) If a customer touches the merchandise kindly tell them, "Are you checking the potency? Let me help you with that." 2.) If a customer tells you that you offend them, don't tell the customer they offended you first. 3.) If it's such a big deal, kindly notify the customer as they walk into the showroom. "Due to Covid-19, we're asking customers not to touch any of the merchandise. I'll be more than happy to assist you though!" 4.) If nothing else, just say please and offer an explanation and a solution. We're asking people to not touch the merchandise. Due to COVID 19. I'd be more than happy to assist you though. 5.) If it's that big of a deal, keep the merchandise in the back like EVERY OTHER COLLECTIVE OUT THERE!! Why did I give you 5 stars? Because I've been here three times and 66% of the time they've been amazing and it's not fair that one person have that much impact on an entire team. I'm also not going to write her name because I made a point to tell the security guard and I'm sure after the owner reads this review that person will be coached. I will continue to be your client despite the less than ideal experience. To the person who made me feel like a tweaker. I'm sorry I offended you so bad but I was just making sure I was picking the most potent medicine. Something you should understand considering you're a bud ... tender. There was nothing tender about you tonight.

I was sent home with completely the wrong product after the bud tender spent multiple minutes reading said product and even verbally confirming what I had asked for. They made me pay the $8.47 difference after making a rushed trip back to the store for their mistake... Moral of the story double check your products at the store because they won't do much for you if they make a mistake even if you're such a regular customer that some of the bud tenders know you by name. I went in & asked a female bud tender (I haven't seen her before, maybe she's new or I just haven't come in at the time she's there) for Sluggers juiced blunts. She confidently pointed to a section with a few different of longer single blunt/joint tubes so I went ahead and just looked for the strain I wanted & told her the cinnamon milk. She repeated back to me "cinnamon milk?" & I confirmed before she spent a minute or two looking through, reading the jars, grabbed one & checked me out. I got home only to open my bag & see a 1.5g infused joint of a complete different strain. Confused I called & they asked "if I could get there in 15 minutes so they can exchange it" luckily, I live close, so I went back over only to be charged the $8.47 difference with nothing offered to me as compensation for their multiple mistakes.... They are always very kind there, but to not be offered anything when I had to make a whole separate trip, tipped on the initial service that wasn't even done correctly, & charged the difference for their mistake rubbed me the wrong way.
