Where do I start? I came in to get my cannabis tonight and I walked up and was checking the boxes to see their potency. I came across the Pineapple Express carts and put it face down to separate it from the rest of the varieties because it was so far way more potent than the rest. The associate said, "I'm going to have to ask you to not touch the merchandise!..." in a condescending and sharp tone. I said, "I'm sorry, I suggest putting signs up to show the potency then if it's that big of a deal." I stepped back and asked her which one I had laid down. She pointed to the Pineapple Express and I said, "I'll take five of them, please." She rang me out and I said, "I wanted to tell you, I was offended how you spoke to me and it made me feel like a tweaker or something." She said, "I was offended that you were touching the merchandise!" I wanted to give you some free advice. 1.) If a customer touches the merchandise kindly tell them, "Are you checking the potency? Let me help you with that." 2.) If a customer tells you that you offend them, don't tell the customer they offended you first. 3.) If it's such a big deal, kindly notify the customer as they walk into the showroom. "Due to Covid-19, we're asking customers not to touch any of the merchandise. I'll be more than happy to assist you though!" 4.) If nothing else, just say please and offer an explanation and a solution. We're asking people to not touch the merchandise. Due to COVID 19. I'd be more than happy to assist you though. 5.) If it's that big of a deal, keep the merchandise in the back like EVERY OTHER COLLECTIVE OUT THERE!! Why did I give you 5 stars? Because I've been here three times and 66% of the time they've been amazing and it's not fair that one person have that much impact on an entire team. I'm also not going to write her name because I made a point to tell the security guard and I'm sure after the owner reads this review that person will be coached. I will continue to be your client despite the less than ideal experience. To the person who made me feel like a tweaker. Review for their night market only. It was ok. Nice to see a majority of women owned businesses there and it's not exclusively cannabis related. They had food, desserts, toys, tye dye clothes, lemonade and tacos. The tacos were free with a purchase inside the store. They need to advertise better. I could not read the lineup of vendors on their online flyer, too small. There's literally no parking. You have to park on the street and that's very limited. read more

Elijah A provided horrible customer service right from the beginning of service . I had a product to exchange due to the flavor ,not working,tasting well and causing headaches. Mind you I am a regular , who purchases this product CONSTANTLY so I know when the product isn't working properly or is off . I informed Elijah and he notified me that he was not able to do anything about it and that for me to come back later when manager is available since they were in a meeting when I asked to speak to one immediately after . I then discreetly grabbed my product and left . I composed myself and went back in since I felt I spent money on a product to be able to enjoy it and i wasn't fulfilled. At 5 pm I called, a man answered, looked up my info and said I would be next, expect someone around 5:20. By 6 pm I called back to ask the status and the same man said my driver was just down the street and I should get a text any minute. At 6 30 I then call multiple times for the next hour and no answer At 7 I received a text message telling me they were busy and asking if I wanted to pre order for the following day. New to this dispensary. Was looking for a delivery option and came across this place. Selection was decent. Prices were fair. Service? TRASH. Placed the order at 4p. Estimated time of delivery 50-60 minutes. Seemed reasonable. At 530p I called the shop. They gave me the number of the driver (not the manager). Called and got someone who was answering the phone for the driver. Kept asking for my first name (rather than order number or address). They couldn't find the order. I finally got them to look up the address and they found it. "Your driver should be delivering the order around 645p" was all I got. No accountability or explanation or apology. I was a big fan of this place when it opened. They had a good deal and a great price on my regular strain and it was worth my going out of my way to go out to Prunedale. Over time it seems less and less worth the trip. First they dropped the bonus deal, then they didn't post the real prices on WeedMaps (not including taxes until checkout) and today offering a deal of buy two 1 gram items and get 1/2 gram for a dollar. When I made my way out there I found out that the half gram was their choice not the strain I specifically go there for. Since, between the taxes and the lack of a deal, the cost of my order was greater at other places I excused myself and left. As I was making my order on WeedMaps in the parking lot at another place the manager came out, not to do anything to rectify the situation or offer me anything to make me feel like a valued customer, but to explain why she couldn't do anything to help me. Honestly, I didn't need to hear that, but it did cement my view that going out there was not worth my while. While the lack of customer service could be attributed to the corporate overlords I have experienced better service at the branch in Castroville where, when they screwed up, they went out of their way to make things up to me and made me feel like someone that they'd like to keep seeing. My husband and I went there today and parked his truck in the front lot, in the shade all the way to the right. He parked there, near the garbage bins in the shade because the dog was with us and needed shade. There were 0 (zero) other cars in the lot and we figured it wouldn't be a problem for a quick pick up. As soon as my husband was greeted, he was asked to show ID, which he did. The guy that asked him for the ID didn't thoroughly check his ID card, and my husband made a comment, as I would of also. Another man asked for ID, which he happily showed, and then guy #1 promptly told my husband that he couldn't park his truck in the shaded area. My husband explained why he parked there and the guy was adamant about him not parking in that spot, expressing his particular issue more than once. So, as a result my husband left out of frustration. Now, I can't help but wonder, is parking such an issue that the reaction we got from the employee was warranted, or was he just upset because my husband commented on his lack of attention to detail when doing his job?
