The quality of care, the prices, and products they carry are second to none in Salinas. I always feel safe, and have never had any issues with the two years I've come here. She pointed to the Pineapple Express and I said, "I'll take five of them, please." She rang me out and I said, "I wanted to tell you, I was offended how you spoke to me and it made me feel like a tweaker or something." She said, "I was offended that you were touching the merchandise!" I wanted to give you some free advice. 1.) If a customer touches the merchandise kindly tell them, "Are you checking the potency? Let me help you with that." 2.) If a customer tells you that you offend them, don't tell the customer they offended you first. 3.) If it's such a big deal, kindly notify the customer as they walk into the showroom. "Due to Covid-19, we're asking customers not to touch any of the merchandise. I'll be more than happy to assist you though!" 4.) If nothing else, just say please and offer an explanation and a solution. We're asking people to not touch the merchandise. Due to COVID 19.
