Some of the workers are not well educated on the products, however. When asking specifics on the differences between products, many of the employees couldn't answer my questions so I had to google it. Many of them also appear to be VERY high when working. One time, my boyfriend and I came in and there were no people inside. Big store, 5+ workers, all not busy. The highest mf comes up to us at the oil/wax section and asked what we were looking for. This is when I started asking her opinions and what she likes, what's the the best price and she had zero info to give. She didn't know the difference between different brands/textures and was just reading labels off the containers as if we couldn't read them ourselves. She was also giggling a bunch and was just being super unprofessional. She was so far gone idek how they let her work that day. She couldn't assist us at all so we ended up saying we needed a min to think so she'd walk away and we could get someone else's help. I understand working at a dispensary and maybe being a little "buzzed" but being that stoned while trying to sell product is embarrassing. This experience will not stop me from returning again, however, as their product is great, their glass selection is cool, their ambiance is awesome and the people are typically really nice.

He assures me they have a half ounce and I drove over and it was a sativa. He sent a child over to deal with me, who did not apologize until I mentioned that she did not apologize yet. I called Daniel to ask why that happened or if it was just a simple mistake he denied ever talking to me on the phone at all. He could not take accountability for his mistake, which is very childish and not very professional at all for someone in a management position. I highly think the owners need to reconsider him as a manager Specifically because of the rating that he has now, and all of the issues that have been happening. Mistakes happen and that's completely OK, but when someone gaslights me into thinking that he did not talk to me and then he hangs up on me is absolutely ridiculous and immature. I will be contacting the higher up and complaining about him as well to there.
