Daniel was very professional during my first experience with them, however, that changed pretty quickly when he was held accountable for having me drive in to get some flower that he was mistaken about. I have some pretty severe medical conditions and I can only smoke one kind of weed and it's only an Indica, so I call to make sure they have it in stock. He assures me they have a half ounce and I drove over and it was a sativa. He sent a child over to deal with me, who did not apologize until I mentioned that she did not apologize yet. I called Daniel to ask why that happened or if it was just a simple mistake he denied ever talking to me on the phone at all. He could not take accountability for his mistake, which is very childish and not very professional at all for someone in a management position. I highly think the owners need to reconsider him as a manager Specifically because of the rating that he has now, and all of the issues that have been happening. Mistakes happen and that's completely OK, but when someone gaslights me into thinking that he did not talk to me and then he hangs up on me is absolutely ridiculous and immature. Dude no decent customer service at all. I told the chubby light skinned guy who scans your ID at the front, " Hi, good afternoon!"... he didn't respond. All he did was stick out his hand, which I guess is his way of asking for my ID. I miss the friendly smiles at Valley Farms near the airport. We could do better Salinas. read more

I love the way this operation works in Salinas. If I ever make my way down south, I stop over to CannaCruz in Salinas and I pick up some beautiful bags of crop circles. Lolo is one of my favorites. I like to smoke this after a nice, wonderful dinner it's kind of like a fine wine. As a veteran I gotta say this place is the best in Salinas!!! I order and pay online and show up after work with no hassle or sweat and grab my product and go. For 420 and 710 they destroy any other dispensary in Salinas. East of eded didn't even come close to the deal and BoGO sales this place had for patients plus every purchase got a free 8th. Everyone is nice, security acts a bit too hard for a dispensary but it's ok they gotta put up a front. I tried East of Eden once and I placed and order online showed up and it was canceled because I took more than 4 hours lol, I told them if they offered to pay online they wouldn't have to cancel an order because it'd guarantee the patient would come. The quality of care, the prices, and products they carry are second to none in Salinas. I always feel safe, and have never had any issues with the two years I've come here. Keep in mind you get what you pay for, I see a lot of complaints but people are buying cheap products packaged by bad companies that has nothing to do with this business. read more

Honestly it's a nice place on the inside everyone's friendly but for it being my first time there I got some wax came home opened it up it was completely melted all in the package and everything its not usable I called them they told me I could try sticking it in the fridge or I could try to come back and speak to a manager and see what they can do for me but it's not even worth it and that's a bunch of time wasted money wasted gas waste especially with these gas prices it's like for the price I might as well just keep going to East of Eden. will never go to this location ever again. Probably the worst encounter I have had with a dispensary. I was sold a defective battery which I had found out even after charging it, the light would not turn on. I went back in for an exchange for a new one or my money back. The associate was going to process that for me when Alicia the store manager rudely interrupts and says I cannot get a return/exchange. She refused to take a look at the battery and would not let any of her associates look at it either. It's frustrating going there expecting good products and service but I am extremely appalled by the managers behavior. I was excited to have a canna Cruz dispensary locally but they need to do a better job at hiring managers with experience in customer service. I came here today after East of Eden completely ignored me when I came to pick up my order. I wish I had known about Cannacruz earlier. I placed an order online and the first thing I noticed is that their prices are much lower than EOE and they have a rewards program and you get a free product with your first purchase. I do want to point out that the edibles pricing can be confusing, one of the gummies I got, the listing said it was for a 10 pack and the price was per piece. I ordered a $9 product and got a single piece not a pack of 10. I didn't expect a pack of 10 though but wasn't sure what I was going to get.I just wanted to mention the pricing on the website can be confusing! Anyway, I came in to get my order and the guy that checked me in was extremely pleasant as was the guy who helped with me with my order. I was also greeted by the employees at the front of the shop. They have a really good selection of edibles and carry brands that EOE does not. The shop was clean and organized too.
