I can't believe the customer service my friend and I experienced!!!! Totally Disrespectful!!! I've been going to Stizzy for about a year or so, and can say we both are regular customers. It wasn't til Monday , the 18th of March, that I had any negative complaints. On this day I remember showing up shortly before closing. Usually we are greeted and welcomed, but not that night. We asked about the specials, picked about 6 items, and proceeded to pay. My friend made his purchase and then me. Well when I tried to use my Chime card it said it had a wrong expiration date, which clearly it didn't . I offered to use atm. It said the same thing . I then asked if she had Gpay and if I could pay that way. The cashier stated " I don't know but u got 3 min. before my register shuts down.". My friend said yes they do, and I proceeded to pay that way. It was successful. On my way out, another woman yells out to me " Next time come in a little earlier and be more prepared with your card." I asked " How can I be more prepared for that issue?" The clerk stated we had both done this before in more than a assertive manner. I begged to differ, as we have never been in this late with cc issues. It was rude , untrue, and uncalled for. After that, the other 2 females began not letting me speak and cutting me off with "Goodbye!" "Have a good night!" This is seconds after spending $100 and as always, leaving a tip I wish I could have got a refund! I'm a prior General Manager that believes in customer service and hospitality and this was not displayed on this evening. If I choose to return, I would wish not to be served by any of the three. 4 Stars - Good Stiiizy is always a good vibe. Showed up saturday night at 8ish the store was not busy at all. Got checked in fast. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The budtender was good at making recommendations and letting me know the deals they had going on. Was able to get in and out quickly no issues. You arent allowed to use your cell phone in there so that part is dumb but other than that its cool. Ill be back. read more

This dispensary strives to provide excellent customer service. I have been a client in the industry since pre legalization. From San Francisco to Monterey. I have never had a place that has gone out of the way such as this Stiizy location has done in Marina, CA. We have dietary restriction that this place has gone out of their way to accommodate for edible purchases. One employee made a list of gluten free & vegan edibles to help out their customers. She even ran out to inform me of products during her lunch. Wow above & beyond customer care! The GM Alexander (Alex) has gone out of his way to call me to inform me when certain products I purchase are available. This place is awesome! Alex you manage a great business & staff. This store is very very poorly managed. They have terrible customer service and they do not back up any of their products. Which makes me wonder if they even care about quality at all. Management (young and inexperienced) treat people bad and threat to ban you for speaking your mind about their bad quality products. Calling security on me was definitely unnecessary. Save your money and visit other dispensaries, this is definitely not the vibe! Quality is not great at all and the fact that they don't back up their products leaves lots to ponder. read more

Went there today and the staff let me know they have a fall deal that negates all other deals. Black bags that were 170 an OZ is now 200. How is that a deal? Asked management to work with me and they refused. I will be going to One Plant because they offer discount on stizzy if management wants to make this right hit me up otherwise deal with the bad review as advice and please remember sales are great now but there will come a time that you will need customers. They sold the wrong product ,then made the exchange very difficult. The person working the desk was rude and told me I could make the exchange even though my husband made the purchase (he wasn't able to go back in , had to go to work) told me to come back with product that was not used and said manager will help. I wasn't done talking to her, as I wanted to make sure I had all my info before I went down there and she hangs up on me. Then I get down there and they say I need to buy a battery to use with the wrong product they sold me. When we specifically asked for what we wanted.... I said no I just want to exchange it for the exact amount , someone sold him wrong product... this shouldn't be so difficult. She says to pick out what I want to get to exchange. But then came back with some guy telling me, oh only your husband can come down here and do the exchange... I'm like then why didn't you just say that over the phone. Then tried to again push me to buy a battery that I already refused . Trying to push another sale when all I wanted was an exchange and I was told that was ok. Then the lady at the front starts saying I didn't hang up on you. I said I didn't say it was you but since you said you didn't, but you did learn proper phone etiquette. The fact that this guy tried to make it seem like we bought something we should have know when they never said oh hey this is a pod not a cartridge ( when that's what was asked for , a cartridge) and then tried to push a sale on me to get what I needed in order to use that particular product. And apparently this is not the first time this has happened... more people have had issues here. Save your time and money and go to element 7. They are so nice, they know what's going on and when you ask for something they will let you know what they have and what's what. And also not make things so difficult and disappointing. It was even said Stiiizy is selfish and for as much product as they have they could have done the exchange no problem. Especially when the product wasn't even used! I do not recommend this dispensary to anyone. And the gentleman that helped me needs to take a class on customer service, needs to not be shady and try and get people (selling product and tricking people in what they bought in order to make another sale)And also needs to learn how to inform his staff on how to talk to people on the phone and how to give out proper information. read more
