I have been shopping here for years have seen cashiers get promoted managing positions over years. Staff has always been pleasant and made feel comfortable I do spend a considerable amount of money there. When Cassandra, the manager is working she has the radio on KFOG, she is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Wow , I don't know what it is about this chain of L'Amour Shoppes but the employees are utterly displeasing! I went to the Shoppe they have in Hayward tonight and had a poor experience as a customer so I found another Shoppe that was open which was 35 minutes away . I called before coming and the lady with an accent told me she is open but she has to take a break at 3:00 to 3:30 by law and I told her I'd be there before then. I arrive at 2:40 more than enough time to find what I needed she was helpful came from behind the counter and helped me find what I needed. She pointed me in the direction of the plus size stockings as she put batteries in my toy to make sure it worked.
