The 2 ladies welcomed me and they were super helpful and knowledgeable by answering my questions and also recommending me some of their products and they left me alone so that I explored and got to know or see lots of fun stuff there. Store was neat, clean and organized by categories so you can easily find what you are looking for. I saw some of their reviews on Yelp most of them were 5 stars and they literally deserve it. I also purchased a Yelp coupon that says 10$ worth for 20$ something like that and also you get free lubricant once you check in on yelp

Used to have a lot of items and queer friendly staff but that doesn't seem to be the case now. Some…read moreof the staff are openly dismissive of trans people and will show you sex toys for the wrong gender and insist they know better. Most of the inventory is the same basic stuff you'd see at any adult store - the 50 Shades of Gray stuff, some cheap but overpriced boxed costumes and a lot of basic vibrators. Their core customer base has likely shifted to straight cis people, based on what they carry in store and the very diminished gender neutral or affirming items they used to carry. They used to carry a wide range of toys for men but it's been replaced by a handful of basic items to make room for more vibrators. I don't plan to go back, I'll find another place for sex toys that is more queer friendly.

I had such a great experience here! I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me…read morebecause she was absolutely amazing. She measured me, asked what I was looking for and what concerns I had, and then brought me about five or six bras to try. She really listened, made sure each bra fit properly, and completely nailed what I was looking for. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she was about all the different bras the store carries. She knew which styles would work for my concerns, and everything she brought me felt thoughtfully chosen. This was such a contrast to a fitting I had at another store in Oakland in August. I asked for more side coverage because I was concerned about underarm/back fat, and the woman there basically told me that it was just part of my body and there wasn't anything she could do about it. Here, the woman immediately understood my concern and found several bras that addressed it. I left with bras I love and had such a positive experience. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this store!

I have had multiple bra fittings in multiple stores. Natalie's fittings and personalized selections are without qualification the best. The value of a comfortable bra that fits well and enhances one's wardrobe is huge, and Natalie makes the search fun. Bras can be expensive, but the price does not guarantee a good fit. Cup size varies depending on brand and can even vary within a brand depending on style. I appreciate being able to rely on Natalie for solid value.

I noticed that they are doing appointment only, so booked easily via email - Marcia was very prompt and found a time that worked for me. Located off the main drag in Menlo Park, I was able to find parking and was a little early to my appointment, and Marcia let me in. We talked about what I was looking for, and she measured me and started the fitting process. While the first bra she brought out was close in size, it wasn't quite right for my shape, and she took the feedback and tweaked the sizing. I really appreciated the way that she gave expert opinion and advice, but also took into account how I feel with the bra on my body. We worked quite a bit on other bras and she gave lots of tips and expectations on how everything should work. I also appreciated that she is looking more into the fit and some style, and it doesn't have to be trendy. This *is* a luxury bra store, selling top-of-the-line brands (with the price tag to come with it), so be prepared to spend that money. She wasn't pushy when I decided to put a bra back, AND went out of her way to check her inventory to see if she had anything on sale for me. They do have a new customer discount, and that helps a little bit. The store is just the right size, and seems to have a good variety of sizing in stock, and Marcia will work with you to get things on hand if you are looking for a particular size/color. For what you are paying, you definitely get back the value in the service and quality of bras. You'll be in good hands (bras?) if you decide to visit here.

Six months later, I returned for a new pair and learned I actually needed pantyhose instead of stockings -- something I wouldn't have realized without trying the original compression socks. At first sight, you think the unassuming house in the middle of the coastal town is just what it…read moreseems... a house. Walking in, you'd be surprised that simple magic is made here. Though I've never reviewed a photography studio, I'd like to give this studio and couple a shout out. I came here one evening for a boudoir photo session, and was expecting to find a bed. Something that I'm used to seeing during boudoir sessions. However, no bed was to be found. I was confused but also very curious as to why this was. I went to change into my first outfit and shyly walked out. I sat on a chair and the rest was history. Before the shoot: Laura spoke with me and told me what to expect. She laid out the plans to have a cabaret style shoot and to bring my best lingerie. She did have a few things in the studio, she said, but as a plus size model, I purchased a few things to make sure I would be comfortable and fit. When walking in the studio, I met with Mark, her husband and the editor of the photos. He was very kind and offered a lot of support for his wife. It was nice to see a great couple working together doing what they love. During the shoot: Laura was very helpful. She offered poses that would not only make me feel sexy, but also direction that would make my body look fantastic in the photos. Unfortunately, one do the poses that I loved doing didn't make the final cut - if only I looked great in that one. It was one of my favorite things. She had me balancing with one leg extended on a chair, "cabaret" style. She even put a laptop in front of me to see a small part of the movie to get me in the spirit. She offered music that was both comforting and fun, and the atmosphere was just.. beautiful. We worked very well and I felt my best working with her. It was wonderful. After the shoot: Laura and I agreed to a video chat where she shared my best images and I chose the ones that I wanted to edit. It was an easy process and it took only a few minutes. I was stunned to see how gorgeous they turned out. She offered a great variety to choose from and I was happy with my choices. The end result was a great experience and beautiful memorable photos. My husband was pleased and he loved the entire experience watching on the sides line and seeing the results. The only thing that I would recommend is a fan. It was quite hot under the lights, but aside from that - it was awesome! Thank you Laura for this experience and photography and Mark for your great editing skills!
