Not only has Laura educated me on my nail journey with her, but she has made me happier with my nails than I have ever been. I used to go to a place where English was not any of the staff's first language. Although I was satisfied with their work, they didn't have what I was looking for at the time (chrome nails). I found Laura and after my first appointment I have been seeing her religiously every few weeks. She always has the newest trends. Almost everyday I get compliments on my nails from strangers. Not to mention the girls I work with are always in awe over my nails, especially with chrome. Everything Laura does is super clean. She ensures everything is properly sanitized and does not reuse anything that shouldn't be reused. Laura has opened my eyes to see what my old nail salon was doing wrong (a lot of gross things too). She is also a perfectionist, so if there's something she doesn't like, she will make sure to fix it. Laura has passion for what she does, and that's a huge part of why her work is so great. I hate to talk bad but I think all of you should know. to start this review off, I was in the waiting room for several minutes honestly it felt like I spent more time in the waiting room than I actually did getting my nails done. I understand it takes time when it is busy, but there were only four others in there I felt like nobody wanted to do my nails. Once they got me seated, I waited about another 15 minutes for somebody to come around and actually get me started that made me a little disappointed. Now I'd like to talk about the actual service they did on my hands..... my lady did not look very experienced. I felt like this was her first time when she was drilling my nails she lost a lot of control. She let the drill grind on my finger thankfully I was OK. me with any marks, but if you're going to put someone doing service on people, they should be well experienced. Also, I understand that there's a language barrier, but I don't think that's what it was. I asked for a certain colour which was light blue, but they ended up bringing a bright orange. I was confused. I had told them several times that this was not the colour I had asked for they said what about a couple times and I just said you know what I'll take bright orange I didn't wanna waste too much time I had somewhere to be. let's talk about pricing now. I have been wiggling because this lady didn't have very much control it tickled and at times I wiggled the lady had told me I would be charged with a wiggling fee because it makes her job harder. Wow, I can't believe what places are doing now and days for money to me. It sounds like thieves my nails came out. OK there was a little bit of polish on my cuticles, which is OK but since I'm paying, I expect a professional job. This may be a lot to read for everyone, but I'd like you to be aware. The ladies were sweet, and this breaks my heart to write this review. The place is not very well run. always someone screaming. It's always the manager unprofessional to her so when the lady doing my nails tries to talk to me, I have no idea what she is saying to me. I honestly think that they should add more fan or airflow because it like polish and it's hard to breathe in there. I almost passed out. great options for kids and not very patient. My little grandbaby didn't have that great of an experience. I'm gonna stop this review right now nails. I feel really bad writing this review but this has to be but I honestly believe you guys can do way better.
