They have a great variety of colors of shellac polish. It's pretty quiet in here and folks are in and out in a timely fashion so it's not like you get to meet a lot of other people cause everyone's in their own area. Requested to speak to the owner and supposedly they are not in American? I asked if I can get a partial refund, they said no that when I come back they will fix for me. I won't be back for a month. I gotta pay more money now to fix my nails where I'm at. it won't even matter to me by then. I don't live near by so why would I even go back so they can peel again? No thanks. I asked I would be willing to if they re did the service and not just paint. Nessa has been doing my nails every single time I visit, and she is truly incredible. I always book…read morein advance, and I would not recommend trying to walk in. Every time I am there, the schedule is consistently full with back to back appointments, which says a lot about the quality of work and demand of not only her but the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels intentional and well cared for. There is no overwhelming chemical smell, which tells me they use quality products. The space is aesthetically pleasing, the energy is positive, and everyone is clearly passionate about their craft while remaining professional and welcoming. One unique and fun touch is the pop up thrift area. Sometimes it has amazing thrifted pieces, and other times even brand new items. I have found some really great pieces at very reasonable prices, which makes the experience feel even more special. As for Nessa's work, I am never disappointed. My nails last, they are strong, and my natural nails have grown significantly since seeing her. On the one occasion when an issue came up with my natural nail, she made time to fix it, and the correction held perfectly. That level of care really stands out. I often do a black and white series or bring inspiration photos rather than exact nail designs, and she absolutely understands the assignment every time. Even when I just show patterns or concepts, she translates them flawlessly and executes them down to the smallest detail. I consistently receive compliments on my nails whenever I leave her chair. Parking has always been easy for me. I usually park on the street and have not had any issues, even with other businesses nearby. This is a place I intentionally commute to when I am in town, and it is always worth the visit. I truly wish I lived closer so I could come more often. I will continue to support Nessa and honestly hope she considers travel or pop up visits in other cities, because I would book her immediately. Highly recommend.

Not only has Laura educated me on my nail journey with her, but she has made me happier with my nails than I have ever been. I used to go to a place where English was not any of the staff's first language. Although I was satisfied with their work, they didn't have what I was looking for at the time (chrome nails). I found Laura and after my first appointment I have been seeing her religiously every few weeks. She always has the newest trends. Almost everyday I get compliments on my nails from strangers. Not to mention the girls I work with are always in awe over my nails, especially with chrome. Everything Laura does is super clean. She ensures everything is properly sanitized and does not reuse anything that shouldn't be reused. Laura has opened my eyes to see what my old nail salon was doing wrong (a lot of gross things too). She is also a perfectionist, so if there's something she doesn't like, she will make sure to fix it. Laura has passion for what she does, and that's a huge part of why her work is so great. Thank you Laura for being the best nail tech ever! I 100% recommend Boss Nails for anyone looking to have gorgeous nails.

The back of my hair right at the base of the neck was an inch and a half long the entire back of the head was layered so short, I could not get it into a ponytail. The right side is longer than the left side. The layers are all very different. I had panic attacks every time I touched it or looked in a mirror and washed it as it made me so sick to my stomach that someone could do such a terrible job cutting hair and calling oneself a professional. No professional would do a this bad. I called and complained spoke to an employee who said the owner was not in and she would pass the message along. The owner when I finally did get in touch with him did not care one bit of how bad of a job my hair turned out. And the worst part about it I explained to her prior to her, even starting my hair that my biggest fear was getting my haircut and considering how bad of a job she did it looked nothing like the picture, and it was so uneven and looked so bad. Several months have gone by and I still can't get all of my hair into one ponytail. My request was that my hair be passed my shoulders so we could go into a ponytail. I didn't get close to that and I still can't get it into a ponytail. I do not recommend this place at all the owner and his wife are not very reliable or responsible.
