I wish 0 stars was an option....... that's how bad my experience was. I'm going to give everybody an honest review. I hate to talk bad but I think all of you should know. to start this review off, I was in the waiting room for several minutes honestly it felt like I spent more time in the waiting room than I actually did getting my nails done. I understand it takes time when it is busy, but there were only four others in there I felt like nobody wanted to do my nails. Once they got me seated, I waited about another 15 minutes for somebody to come around and actually get me started that made me a little disappointed. Now I'd like to talk about the actual service they did on my hands..... my lady did not look very experienced. I felt like this was her first time when she was drilling my nails she lost a lot of control. She let the drill grind on my finger thankfully I was OK. me with any marks, but if you're going to put someone doing service on people, they should be well experienced. Also, I understand that there's a language barrier, but I don't think that's what it was. I asked for a certain colour which was light blue, but they ended up bringing a bright orange. I was confused. I had told them several times that this was not the colour I had asked for they said what about a couple times and I just said you know what I'll take bright orange I didn't wanna waste too much time I had somewhere to be. let's talk about pricing now. I have been wiggling because this lady didn't have very much control it tickled and at times I wiggled the lady had told me I would be charged with a wiggling fee because it makes her job harder. Wow, I can't believe what places are doing now and days for money to me. It sounds like thieves my nails came out. OK there was a little bit of polish on my cuticles, which is OK but since I'm paying, I expect a professional job. This may be a lot to read for everyone, but I'd like you to be aware. The ladies were sweet, and this breaks my heart to write this review. The place is not very well run. always someone screaming. It's always the manager unprofessional to her so when the lady doing my nails tries to talk to me, I have no idea what she is saying to me. I honestly think that they should add more fan or airflow because it like polish and it's hard to breathe in there. I almost passed out. great options for kids and not very patient. My little grandbaby didn't have that great of an experience. I'm gonna stop this review right now nails. I am NEVER going back to this place. My 3 year old daughter said she wanted to go with me to get my nails done. On their website it said they did a princess/prince mani/pedi so I figured I'd let her get her nails done too. This would be her very first time also. I walked in with my daughter and said we both wanted a mani pedi. The salon manager said 'ok we will do just a polish on her' and I said 'No, I want the kids mani pedi on her'. They had us sit in chairs next to each other and started filling my footbath with water. They completely ignored her and started tending to everyone that came in after us. I eventually said 'Is someone going to work on my daughter's pedicure?' The manager said 'I'll do it.' She was very rough with her and kept walking away and wasn't attentive at all. My daughter accidentally smudged two of her nails and the woman wasn't very nice about it. My daughter then started crying quietly and said she wanted to go home. After we were done and I saw how terrible of a job was done on her, I was just in shock. Stupid me paid for it and didn't really say anything. Even what they did on me felt really rushed and they weren't paying attention. Thankfully mine at least looks acceptable. I'm on the verge of going back and demanding our money back. I seriously could have done a way better job. My daughter has done a better job on herself when I let her! This is just horrible. Especially to treat a child the way they did...and after I told them it was her first time going to the salon! read more

My daughter and I went here for a mani pedi a week or so before her wedding. June 5 2022. I have my own natural nails that are long so I only wanted a manicure and a pedicure. My daughter got gel nails since she has no nails to speak of. I used to go here for gel nails until I got tired of having to have fills every 3 weeks. I grow my own now. So , she used a file to smooth out the ridges in my nails, but that will not ever happen again.Then she wanted to cut my own nails down to nothing to be able to put fake nails on. Why would I want that when I take the time to grow my nails out, they are strong and healthy . And they are mine! She used gel polish without asking me , as I would have said NO. I wanted a simple french manicure, nothing spectacular. She left the whites of my natural nails showing only doing the bare minimum at the top of my nails. They looked like fake nails. So the day of the wedding comes and one of my nails break. At the quick! So I grabbed the crazy glue and glued it back on for the wedding. The day after the wedding , June 11th, the middle finger on my right hand, the nail broke below the quick causing it to bleed. Except it only broke about 1/4 inch across. Then my pinky and my thumb on the same hand did the same thing. Yesterday I used acetone and tin foil and took off the gel polish. I was not going to pay more money to have them remove it. OMG my poor nails. They look like crap! I have repaired the three nails that are split ......and then tonight, I was opening a bag of bread and the thumb nail split across the entire nail bed ....its attached now on both sides of the split and its bleeding. I will be clipping all my nails down to the quick ......applying polysporin to my thumb nail to avoid an infection and a bandaid. I will have to wait about 6 months for my nails to be healthy again. Do not go here if you just want a mani pedi. It cost me $82 freaking dollars for that only to have ruined nails. Next time ASK the client if they want gel polish or regular polish and if they want the tops of their nails filed down so that they are so thin they break and cause bleeding!! read more

I've been there only once and had Gel nails put on. I went in there with no appointment and got in right away . The girl was very good and the nails we're great. I didn't have to sit there for hours , she was quick and knew what she was doing . I recommend this place highly . read more

Me and my best friend decided to go here to get acrylic nails for the first time, and I feel they didn't take there time with us to make sure our nails where done properly, we where rushed out only being there for half an hour, witch now getting my nails done regularly, it takes almost 2 hours for your nails to be done properly, with in a week of having our nails they where cracking, as a result of the fake nail not glued on properly. I went here to get shellac done, the lady that did them did not cut the nails so that they were the same size for both hands. As well I don't think this is a normal process but she removed the previous shellac with a power drill. She did not let my nails soak in the acetone and remove the polish. I had to go back as well to get the polish fixed because it started chipping in the first week. On the nails that were chipping she had painted my cuticle along with it. When I went back the women was extremely rude and disrespectful. She redid a few of the nails and then coated the others that she did not want to fix. I usually don't post a review but I just don't want others to waste their money at a mediocre place. read more

This was the most horrible manicures I have ever received. The staff were rude and the colours were not as they appeared on the display. My shellac manicure is very lumpy, all over my skin and it is already chipping after less than one day. It looks like I did it in the dark. Such a waste of money. Do not go here. read more

Hesitate to come with only one review, and a negative one, but I need a pedicure & gel nails and it is only one of a few places that open on Sunday. The nail salon is in the mall. Suprise to see a very newly look & nice & clean & salon - no smell like most others. They use liner for pedi tub, and mental instruments in sterilized pouch. They have at least couple hundred shellac colours. I am totally happy with my gel nails. My nail tech. is also very good. read more

Please do not go here. They are aggressive rude and rush you through. Although I can't say for certain but they comunicate with eachother in a language other than English and you get the impression and feeling they they are talking about their customers by the way they all look at you and laugh and banter back and forth.. Terrible experience. Rushed through, didn't get what I wanted because we couldn't understand each other and she clearly was itching to leave. I asked for French tips because of my job and although my nails look nice she cut me twice and when I asked her to not do something she just said "it will be pretty." And continued. I had a pedicure today. My nail tech was very rude, especially after I refused her request to have a shellac pedicure. She used a dremel to finish removing my previous nail polish (regular polish), after she did a patchy job with acetone and cotton. She nipped my cuticles and luckily gave me the option of skipping the razor on my heels. Did not speak to me after directing me quickly out of her chair. Another technician brought the bill. Just a very unpleasant experience, overall. read more
