I came every day, and I can tell you that between their calm indoor space and their outdoor garden, regardless of the hour, it was the kind of place you want to linger in. They clearly take their craft very seriously and I am so happy to be bringing some beans home with me. I wouldn't recommend the croissants. The olive oil citrus cake and chocolate cake were ok; a little dry. But the chocolate chip cookie is solid.

The adorable macarons really caught our eye and were not disappointed with the flavors offered including Nutella, Oreo, strawberry cheesecake, matcha, and more. I so far have enjoyed the crème brûlée and Oreo and can't wait to the others when I get home. We also loved the mango shaved ice and found the small sizes to be perfect for single servings, especially for people who doesn't usually finish our sweets. The mango pieces were soft and fresh, made to taste sweeter with a drizzle of condensed milk. Small pieces of mochi contributed to elevating the texture even more. Overall, we had a wonderful time each visit and could see ourselves being able to relax and spend hours there. Staff were kind and tried their best to work as fast as they could. Velorang is the new kid on the block and is hot hot hot; located conveniently right on Sherbs at Girouard next to Parc Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, the sanctum sanctorum of The Deeg. Velorang is easily appointed to fix any bike job you've got. No matter if it's an easy brake adjustment, quick tune-up, detailed tune-up, or even a major fix, the folks at Velorang know exactly what's up, they know the score, and can get your bike back to you in no time. Seriously, I took my bike in there for a tune-up at around 1PM one day a little while back, and the mechanic told me it would take a day or two. They called me back at 4:30PM the same day and told me my bike was ready to be picked up. Now, before I took that bike in, there were all sorts of problems; the gears wouldn't shift properly, the chain was all jacked up, and the brakes were loose, to enumerate a few. This bike came back perfectly brand new, spick-and-span-new as the day Marie-Crystal-de-la-Montagne was born. I thank and applaud the folks at Velorang for their professionalism and skilled workmanship.

The filling didn't have the same texture and taste as the typical French pastry shops and the croissant shell was so so.
