Very poor communication, no one ever answer's the phone , almost impossible to talk to someone,…read more almost missed my plane because of it . They say they eed the dogs at 7 , when i picked up my dog they told me he already had dinner and i was there at 3 ? I was told i could drop him off at 7 and no one was there so idk how they feed the dogs at 7 , it probably more like 8am and 2pm feeding schedule idk olay whatever, so they go to get my dog so we could go home and he is soaking wet , yeah it was raining i get it but did he have somewhere to get out the rain , I've known my dog for 9 years and he wont go off the porch if its raining lol so there is that , and with the daily reports they say he was friendly and wanted loves and cuddles and petting lmao . For 9 years he dont ever want cuddles or pets , hes a fetch driven dog 24hr a day i highly doubt, he wanna love and cuddles and pets. Anyway the communication, the feeding and their daily reports.\nHave a bad taste for my mouth.I will try somewhere else next time

I have boarded my two dogs prior to their 5 night stay in November 2024. The stays have been fine,…read morebut two days after I picked them up on 11-5-2024 they both started coughing. It was horrendous coughing and coughing up phleg. I had to take them both to an emergency vet clinic because my regular vet had no openings. Yes, they had Kennel cough and they needed two prescriptions each. This vet visit was more than the dogs visit at the kennel. I called the kennel and reported my dogs were sick, and in a voice that didn't sound to sorry, told me we're sorry and no other dogs have been sick. My dogs are in a fenced acre yard and were near no other dogs. This kennel has lost my business.

The Washington Ferret Rescue &…read moreShelter was a fantastic resource in pointing me to the best veterinary care available in my area, and all-around being available for after-hour emergencies, care questions etc. If you've ever loved exotic animals, you know how valuable this resource is. After making a lifelong connection to the rescue when I relocated, I became a volunteer myself over the years. The rescue is fully run and operated by dedicated professionals, animal rescuers, and animal lovers. I am so grateful to have made this rescue and all of the people who make it part of my own adopted family here in Washington. I now "fospice" foster for some of the rescues unadoptables. To keep the shelter open for adoptable pets, and really get behind "no ferret turned away", and remain a no-kill shelter, a lot of the shelter's more complicated kiddos are hanging out with so many of our volunteers, enjoying the final years of life in a home. This is truly a wonderful organization that centers the animals first, always.

There are excellent shelters but this is clean, well-maintained and has their Veterinarian in the same complex. They have a vet tech on-site and carefully check out potential adopters. I am pleased to support this caring and professional shelter. And yes, I've visited both locations and consistently impressed by the clean, safe environment. This shelter provides great value for your donation. It is worthy of your support.

I took him to a facility in Edmonds which was a Horrible experience. then after searching I found Bombshell and met with the owner Britaini and knew this was the place for my dog. Luckily, though an odd chain of events, I connected with Britiny at Bombshell K9. From our first conversation I knew she was the trainer for us. She is professional, caring, tough, understanding...and confident that even dogs who have experienced severe trauma in their lives can become amazing family/community dogs. After only three or four sessions I was able to comfortably walk the dogs through our neighborhood without the fear of seeing another dog and experiencing chaos. They can now sit, lay down, wait, heal and come, all thanks to Britiny's no-nonsense approach. And my dogs are so happy to be working on their skills. They love the challenge and the time we spend together. I like to call Britiny the "dog whisperer." She expects the best from her pups, and they love her for it. And she gave me the confidence to believe in my ability to help them along this journey. I'm so glad we stumbled onto Bombshell K9 and encourage anyone looking for a professional trainer to give them a call. Bombshell fans for life - Patti and Tim

Although it was a bit of a drive (gorgeous view of Mt Rainier as you drive up!), the place was calm and not too busy, not like the vibe of some urgent animal care spots you may go to! The staff and vet attending him were kind and reassuring and we were on our way in about a hour. Definitely may consider them in the future too!

Back in December my dog had a rapidly growing mass on his front leg, they got him seen and it removed all with in the same day as his appointment! Disclaimer we are from Nevada and his vets down there wouldn't touch it, here they knew exactly how to handle it! Removed it and biopsied it and gave me my peace of mind and my healthy dog back. Next today my other boy got attacked by a rouge off leash dog ripped his front tooth out and left a big ol puncture in the roof of his mouth and they got him in and taken care of better then I ever could have imagined! I live in Nevada and come up every so often to visit my family and I am about to 100% commit to having all of my animals (4 dogs and 2 cats) seen here and make the trek up because they know what to do and handle everything. I absolutely love them here! I got so blessed to have stumbled upon this vet and I don't plan on ever needing a new one! They do it ALL here and in house!
