Unloaded the dishwasher, took pictures for documentation purposes, followed instructions seamlessly (like taking off shoes in the house), answered our questions, shared information we were not aware of (e.g., previous screws are bent or custom panel didn't have a metal piece to keep it on the dishwasher - ugh!), and carefully worked together as a team to install the new dishwasher. My husband and I had no idea of the complexity of the install and the modifications that needed to be done. KPS did an excellent job. None of the appliances were an easy fit. Ryan and his son made the modifications to our granite counters and built in cabinetry, having all the correct tools and taking the time to explain to us what they needed to do for our desired result.
