Copied from my Google Review: In and out in 30 minutes on the DOT! Called on Saturday to book a last minute appointment for my girlfriend's car. She's driving this thing across the country all the way to Jersey, and we wanted to make sure it was all set for the journey. All it took was 30 minutes for us to get written up, worked on, and out the door. Super reasonable pricing, very informed and experienced mechanic. Would recommend this shop and will be coming again in the future. read more

Had an antifreeze leak in my diesel pickup, not easy to find but Mau and his crew did a great job fixing it.

I've been a long time customer since this shop was open on Pacific Ln, and I've seen it come a long way. The quality of service and prices are always fair and consistent, the staff here are super friendly. Mao and Brandon have helped me with all my car needs since my first car and I still come here to this day for my basic car needs. They are very reliable and trustworthy. read more

Had to have new brake pads and rotors put on and they were very quick and efficient. Got it done within an hour and a half.

Seen the reviews, did a walk in and didnt expect to be able to get fit in but when i told him my issue and he looked at my tire he squeezed me in so i didnt break down somewhere, have gotten a few alignments done already this year and have had issues. He went out his way to get me a new tire, fixed my alignment and balanced all for a very reasonable price and stayed past their closing hours (which most shops wouldnt) will definitely be going back. Pleased with price and results. read more

Fast and experienced, no bs. Good value and did great for my alignment before doing a cross country roadtrip

Pacific Alignment was able to fix an annoying creaking sound coming from the rear suspension of my 350Z. The issue started after the dealership replaced my struts. I took it to a few shops around town, but none of them could solve the problem. I found Pacific Alignment through an internet search and decided to give them a try. I spoke with Mao over the phone, and he was very nice and accommodating. I brought my car in today, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. I'm so happy the annoying noise is finally gone. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them. Thanks again, Mao! read more

Six years later I found Pacific Alignment and Mao again. When Pacific Alignment move from Pacific Avenue behind Canepa's Car Wash and Next door to Smog First to West Lane I lost track of it. I happened to be looking for an Alignment shop recently and while reading the reviews I saw Mao mentioned in a review. I brought my 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4X4 to Pacific Alignment and Mao, I wanted new upper and lower control arm bushings and new shocks and struts installed. I came to the right place Mao and Cameron are the best. They are conscientious, skilled , knowledgable, fair , and MOST OF ALL HONEST. They gave me solid advice and a fair price. When the work didn't go as planned due to the age of the vehicle and some unexpected worn parts, the two never lost sight of the goal to provide quality workmanship and the best possible service while keeping unexpected cost manageable.I did not like the unexpected parts and some cost needed to complete the job. I did appreciate the clear explanation of the need to make the additional repairs to keep the vehicle safely operating and prevent further issues. I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Pacific Alignment. I know my vehicle is in better condition now and I know Mao and Pacific Alignment did the job right and will stand by the work done and parts supplied. As before six years back I would fully recommend Pacific Alignment to anyone in need of any kind of automotive repair. The name says alignment but the skill and ability is so much more. Thank You Mao and Cameron for the fantastic job on my 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4X4 , it looks and ride like new thanks to you two. Mao fixed what another shop did wrong. This guy and his crew are magic with suspension and alignment. This shop does all types of automotive mechanical work but I've only had suspension and alignment done. Mao does it right and the price is right too. Services Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment read more

Took my 2017 lexus for brake/rotors replacement. I purchased my own OEM parts, they did the installation. Great customer service, flexible schedule and fair pricing. Highly recommend read more

Have had to shop around for an alignment for a specialty car and these guys continue to deliver. Even with heavily modified suspension components I am very pleased on their custom alignments to fit my specific needs. Regular alignment is $120 and there is a service charge for card payments but for what is offered I have no complaints. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here for their service. Will recommend that if you are going to wait for your vehicle to bring something to keep yourself cool as the front waiting area gets very warm especially when it's hot out. read more

One of the few performance shops in the area. The owner, and his employees all went above and beyond when they ran into a problem with my coilovers. They always kept me up to date so I never wondered what was happening. Shout out to Jesus and Mao for the exceptional customer service. read more

They provide Fast and great work really know what there doing ask for MOA will get you right .

I brought my BMW to Mao's shop for an alignment and ended up really impressed. His shop does way more than just alignments -- he also takes care of my brakes and oil changes. You can tell Mao really knows what he's doing. He's honest, explains things clearly, and never tries to push work you don't need. My BMW drives great now and the alignment feels perfect. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I'd highly recommend Mao's shop for alignments or any kind of mechanical work. read more

I came in to get all four brake pads replaced and my two front rotors changed. They were able to get me in the same day, the price was fair, and the work was done quickly. My car drives so much smoother now. Great customer service and very honest shop. I'll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend! read more

The owner was quick to respond with a quote. Everything was honest and smooth and the service was done well.

My truck needed a lower ball joint replaced, but initially we didn't know what it was. The truck had an awfully loud screech on bumps and turns, it could've been a number of things. Well it ended up being the lower ball joint, and I was charged $740.00 for labor, and replacement. The noise is gone and truck seems to be back to normal. However, I found the same ball joint used online for $40.00. If you come here be sure to ask all the questions, and be thorough before any decisions. Unfortunately I'm from out of town and I couldn't drive the truck back home in the condition it was in. So I had no choice but to do it. They do solid work but that is one hell of a markup. $160 for a $40 part. read more

Always fast service and they did an amazing job with my alignment. On all my cars G35 , BMW 320i and BMW 435i!

Took my Chevy Tahoe in for all 4 shocks and the front upper control arm replacement. I was quoted and they were able to have it done same day on a Friday. They stick to their word and have quality mechanics. It's not always about being cheapest, but they offered a great price for labor and I didn't get hit with more than I was expecting. 100% bringing my vehicles here for any future work. Very impressed. read more

Went in for alignment and wheel stud replacement. They did great with the alignment. Was quoted verbally twice at one price for the wheel stud replacement, but after the work was completed, they told me the wheel stud replacement was twice as much. Wouldn't go back here without getting all work quotes in writing first. Also had one of the ball joints replaced on my car here a few years ago. My mechanic showed me they installed it off angle, reducing the amount of adjustment possible for future alignments. High price for sloppy work. read more

They were great! Got me in the same day and more affordable than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend and will be back for any future needs. read more

My check engine light was on and immediately I was overwhelmed with where I should take my car? I'm a female who has been taken advantage of in the past when it's come to taking my car to the shop. I was dreading having to take it to the dealership because it's always so pricey. So, I took the advice of a wise man who told me to take my time and ask around. I did just that. And I ended up taking my 2011 VW Golf to Pacific Alignment. I got my car back within a few hrs, its running much smoother now, and the payment for it was such a relief too. The trust was there and to me that speaks volume. read more

A huge shoutout to Brandon and Mao for taking care of my uncle's old truck. We brought it here to do alignment, but all bolts are so rusty that made them not able to align those wheels. They suggested cutting the control arm, replacing it, and then aligning at a very affordable price. They worked professionally. They even cut their special tools to get the job done. I'll definitely bring my car to these guys next time if I need their services relating to alignment, brakes, suspension! read more

My "go-to" place for anything concerning my car. Honest mechanics with no intentions to rip you off. Anything you want or need done to your car, this is the place to go.
