Have had to shop around for an alignment for a specialty car and these guys continue to deliver. Even with heavily modified suspension components I am very pleased on their custom alignments to fit my specific needs. Regular alignment is $120 and there is a service charge for card payments but for what is offered I have no complaints. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here for their service. Will recommend that if you are going to wait for your vehicle to bring something to keep yourself cool as the front waiting area gets very warm especially when it's hot out. read more

Six years later I found Pacific Alignment and Mao again. When Pacific Alignment move from Pacific Avenue behind Canepa's Car Wash and Next door to Smog First to West Lane I lost track of it. I happened to be looking for an Alignment shop recently and while reading the reviews I saw Mao mentioned in a review. I brought my 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4X4 to Pacific Alignment and Mao, I wanted new upper and lower control arm bushings and new shocks and struts installed. I came to the right place Mao and Cameron are the best. They are conscientious, skilled , knowledgable, fair , and MOST OF ALL HONEST. They gave me solid advice and a fair price. When the work didn't go as planned due to the age of the vehicle and some unexpected worn parts, the two never lost sight of the goal to provide quality workmanship and the best possible service while keeping unexpected cost manageable.I did not like the unexpected parts and some cost needed to complete the job. My truck needed a lower ball joint replaced, but initially we didn't know what it was. The truck had an awfully loud screech on bumps and turns, it could've been a number of things. Well it ended up being the lower ball joint, and I was charged $740.00 for labor, and replacement. The noise is gone and truck seems to be back to normal. However, I found the same ball joint used online for $40.00. If you come here be sure to ask all the questions, and be thorough before any decisions. Unfortunately I'm from out of town and I couldn't drive the truck back home in the condition it was in. So I had no choice but to do it. They do solid work but that is one hell of a markup. $160 for a $40 part. read more

Went in for alignment and wheel stud replacement. They did great with the alignment. Was quoted verbally twice at one price for the wheel stud replacement, but after the work was completed, they told me the wheel stud replacement was twice as much. Wouldn't go back here without getting all work quotes in writing first. Also had one of the ball joints replaced on my car here a few years ago. My mechanic showed me they installed it off angle, reducing the amount of adjustment possible for future alignments. High price for sloppy work. read more
