When I tell you this place is life-saving, I mean it! Every time I have taken my car to this shop, they are able to provide the necessary work my car needs in a timely and professional manner. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop that will provide you with the repair and maintenance your car needs, I highly recommend. read more

One of the best places to get you car needs done. They do installs, fixes, motor swaps, alignments. It looks like you can come for almost anything. Ive came here 3 times all for different reasons and Brandon helped me out all three times. They seem mostly busy but will always try to squeeze you in if they can and have great prices that you can't beat at most other places. The team at Pacific Alignment are very knowledgeable and I will continue to use and recommend them for whatever car needs me or my friends/family have. read more

I was just referred to this business, my alignment cost was very reasonable, I didn't have to wait long, and I'm happy with the result. Kudos to Mal and the others at Pacific Alignment. read more

Went for alignment and tire balance. I informed them that its veering to the left. While doing the job Technician told me that all my motor mounts are bad and need to be replaced. Got car back and car was still veering to left and later found a nail lodged in my tire I didn't know about the technician missed while working directly on my tires. I feel they charged me for a job they didn't even do just had me wait making seem the work is getting done. Get a second opinion if you go through these guys. Definitely not going back. read more

This place does great work at very competitive prices. They also do free alignment checks, but don't know how long that's going to last. Don't be scared of the dark Cambodian guy looking for his beef sticks. "Who ate all my beef sticks? Where my beef sticks at?!?!" read more

Very knowledgable staff who stand by their work. Also the best price for an alignment I found, and most quality work at that. They made sure the alignment was perfect unlike other shops who rush. Mao also told me from just this one visit that my rack and pinion was leaking, sway bar bracket snapped off and needed custom fab, struts were leaking, brakes were gone, and rotors were warped. He also brought me in, showed me the problems and explained them very clearly. Very honest place. They also ran into some problems because my car is stupidly modified, but didn't even charge me extra for the difficulties. There were no hidden fees and they also accept card :) they deserve a tip if anything. I was going to go to Autosport209 but they charged me way too much for a shitty job back when I was 18. John's a cool guy but if you want top notch work, go to Pacific Alignment. P.S. I was super late for my appointment and they still took me in. read more

The younger guy RIPPED ME OFF He first takes my car for a "test drive " then comes back telling me a whole bunch of bullshit he found when he was driving it. Which I completely disagreed w everything he was saying. He recommended it wasn't necessary to get an alignment (which is what i came there for) saying the lower control handles are lose & it will be $500 to fix. I said that wont be necessary & if you don't recommend an alignment then I wont get one right ? Then he said well since you looked at these numbers itll be $40 I said you didnt say that So i just said align it bc im not finna pay you for some bull shyt So he aligned only the two front wheels & charged me like he did 4 claiming that the back wheels "cant be aligned" He sizes you up to see if you know anything about cars then if you arent He scams you AVOID THIS PLACE read more

Took my C7 Corvette Z06 in after hitting a pothole. Mao and crew did a GREAT job at a realignment of the front end, along with balancing the front tires. Discovered a slightly bent inner rim and Mao suggested a local shop to straighten the rim. Costs for both the alignment and wheel balancing were absolutely fair, and was a pleasure to bring my car to a shop where the guys KNEW their business! I was thoroughly impressed and will be a repeat customer for any future needs! read more

After looking for a reputable and honest shop to redo my alignment after dealing with 209 Autosport's crappy alignment job. I found this shop on Yelp and was a little skeptical of all the great reviews at first. Then after having my TL aligned after lowering it, I knew why they had all these great reviews. Mao and the other worker take the time to point out what everything (camber, caster, toe) meant, and you can also have them set your camber at a certain amount. After having my TL aligned, I took my tC to get realigned because it just didn't felt right after 209 Autosport aligned it about 2 months before. It was really funny seeing the worker (not Mao) getting out of the car after testing driving it first and said "wth happened to your steering wheel?" To go straight, the steering wheel had to be pointed towards 2 o'clock. Thanks 209 Autosport for that! -Jason read more

Pacific Alignment - Awesome job on the alignment! - Auto Repair Near Me - Stockton, California

Came here for my alignment. The service was really fast, it only took like 30 mins unlike going to the dealership that take hours. My only concern is, when i went the guy who assisted us didn't really gave us any details whatsoever. He just took the keys and just proceeded to the alignment. I was waiting on the lobby hoping be would comeback to give me details if I should wait or now. I had to go to the back and ask him myself. I hope they improve their costumer service. read more

I called around town to get an alignment, but everyone else was telling me to make an appointment and that i would have to leave my car there for several hours. These guys got me in the same day and made it work in less than a hour!! My car steers straight again. Thanks guys. read more

It was a okay experience. I'm almost certain I got over charged for the wheel balancing but I needed it done alignment was quick which was great 30 mins or so. $65 for the alignment and $60 for the balancing. America's tires are 55 for lifetime balance and rotation. Had to ask about any alignment warranties figure places would usually tell you like 1 month or 6 months in this case it's 3 months for this place.bOther than that my experience was very brief. Would I go here again probably not I'd rather pay a little more for better service and more transparent prices. read more

Simply the best. They never fail to surprise us with excellent service and honesty! Look no further

Brandon was awesome and very knowledgeable! I would recommend this business especially if you have a custom or lowered vehicle.

Overcharged and didn't even install my parts correctly what a damn joke. Even made me wait hella long talking about we've been trying to call you but never even called me. Come here and expect half ass work and overpriced read more

I agree with you Leah, they won't align your car unless you pay for the parts for the car to get aligned...just for the front tire, I had to pay extra 100 dollars for the part and and another payment for the alignment...and they want another payment for the rear tire which cost around 500 dollars just to be aligned....but I did get alignment for the front tire which cost me extra 100 only because I already had day off on that day...overall don't get business with this shop...find somewhere else... read more

I'm a self-taught mechanic and mechanical engineer by profession. Their mechanical competency on wheel alignment is excellent. I called to make an appointment and their customer service and communication skills were great. One of the guys there was a fellow WRX/STI enthusiast. So i had great time talking about performance modifications about these cars and how he rebuilt his own car motor. I even found out he does extra work at the shop. Good to know! I will say that once I arrived at their shop they didn't really have an office so you had to get their attention. Nothing too bad. But once they did, they did a great job getting my 2013 WRX on the machine to give me the "before" alignment specs (toe, camber, etc.). After they adjusted the alignment, they remeasured with their machine and gave me a print out of the "after" alignment specs. They hit it right on the first time w/out readjustment! Well, I wasn't really surprised. This type of excellent service is what you expect from a shop that ONLY does wheel alignment. I wouldn't trust any other alignment shop like *cough* Sears or Brannon Tire *cough* LOL. Even though Sears has a great deal with lifetime alignment for 200 bucks...I've had bad experiences with Sears (not tightening adjustment bolts/nuts). So I refuse to go there again! C'mon sears! LOL Anyway, keep up the good work Pacific Alignment! read more

Got my suv alignment done. 2 weeks after had to get the car serviced. The mechanic at the dealership (friend) told me both of my tie rods were loose. I never really do reviews but this I have to I have kids in the car. So that being said never going to this place again read more

I'm all for supporting "mom and pop" shops and I am sure this place produces high quality service. However this place lacks customer service and professionalism in it's work environment. I came here to get an estimate on my vehicle and I waited at the front desk for approximately 2 minutes while the guy in charge of this small establishment was sitting right next to me and showed complete disregard for my presence. A simple "will be right with you" would have sufficed nonetheless. When he finally decided to acknowledge my presence I proceeded to explain what my car issue was. When I gave him the go ahead to check my vehicle he commenced to seat himself inside my vehicle with his oil drenched blouse and trousers without any proper procedures to prevent any of the stains to get onto the vehicle's interior. What makes it even more unprofessional is this grown asian man speaks to his "homie" that stops by the shop like they're back on "tha block" and ending every other sentence with the word "Nigga". I understand an auto shop is a man's environment but no thanks Boyz N The Hood I'll take my business elsewhere yo.. read more

So I go into this place that I have scheduled an appointment for I walk in to the office there was no one there I waited about 10 minutes and still no one came so I decided to go around and park on the side of the building so maybe they would see me and noticed that I'm here to get service. So I see three dudes standing around talking to some female broad shooting the shit I told this young buck I have an appointment, is there anyone that can help me out I've been waiting for service upfront, I told him I have an appointment then he asked me for what I told him for an alignment and tire rotation he said yeah give me a couple minutes I'll be up Front. So I go back to the front office and wait another 10 minutes still no service so I said screw this and I left. Poor and terrible service these young punks have no clue read more

Took the Mini in for a checkup since I noticed some wear on the inside shoulders of the rear tires. Minis are pretty aggressive with rear camber but didn't expect that much tire wear. Oh yeah, they even topped off the tires with N. All adjusted and motoring... read more

Don't ever listen to the Indian guy. His style is, he'll ask if you know anything about cars, then if he finds out you're clueless, he'll take advantage of you. I came in all the way from the Bay Area to get my alignment on my lowered car, then after raising it and looked underneath, he said my lower arm needs replacement, right after I told him, i ran into a bump on the road, he assumed right away. Then he said he cant do anything and he'll just charge me 50 for looking at it. Quick money right. Then he started quoting me about replacement of lower control arms and told me, 800 dollars. Funny! GO LOOK FOR SOME OTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON. THE INDIAN GUY THERE IN PARTICULAR IS A SCAM. read more

Pacific Alignment is open on Saturday, Yeah. So I dropped in Saturday morning and they were booked all morning. I made an appointment to come back around 12:30pm. No problem, I arrived and my car went up on the rack, about 35 minutes later the car was done. This is a great spot to service your car. Was referred here by our regular repair shop - Ultracare of Stockton. Requested a quote for a 4 wheel alignment during the morning hours for my old daily driver (2001 BMW 325i e46 w staggered 18"s) that my mother has currently been driving since she totalled her vehicle earlier in the year. Got a response within the hour about available times and cost. Originally was anticipating on dropping vehicle off and picking up before closing time....got there at 1:35pm, car was on the rack by 1:40pm, and complete by 2:05pm. Printout showed camber/toe readings before and after the alignment. Couldn't be more pleased. Was given the printout and receipt that showed "warranty/guarantee" info, and was otd. read more

Awesome service, good prices. Had to have both control arms replaced and they beat the Honda dealer dead in its tracks. We've had our Element there a few times for different things. Car has almost 300k on the odometer, things need replacement. I don't know what Dean is griping about. Charging for a diagnostic is industry standard, and if the car owner had dicked around with their suspension geometry, it complicates matters for shops. I seriously recommend Pacific Alignment. read more

Had been shopping around for someone to install a new suspension set up on my Z for a few days and Mao definitely hooked it up. Pricing was great and i'll be coming back for all my fitment and suspension work read more

Had some tires shipped here from Tire Rack for installation/alignment on my Evo IX. Bought some coilovers for install so they added that to the package for a fair price. After inspection, they noticed a noise which they diagnosed as a right wheel bearing going bad and possibly a bad front right axle. They said that right axle was fine as they replaced the jacked wheel bearing. Saved me a $100. Appreciated the honesty which is hard to find these days. Would come back here again for my tire/alignment and even mechanical issues again (but hopefully not too soon, ha!) I went to high school with the owner so it's nice to see him doing well. Go to them for fair prices and good workmanship. read more

Pacific Alignment - Here's the finished product. My car is all good again! - Auto Repair Near Me - Stockton, California

I'm normally a do-it-myself sort of guy, but alignments require good expensive equipment. I Have taken both my vehicles in in the last 2 weeks. After i replaced the tie rods, Mal the owner was able to take my Diesel truck right in, as scheduled and do the alignment, and showed me some things I missed. The next day I had the front wheels balanced. That went quickly. Then the in the tank fuel pump went out on my Chevy Tahoe. As soon as the parts arrived, Ben took us in and did the whole job in one day. The tank had to come out and was nearly full!! The bill for each of these jobs was very reasonable. A bunch of nice guys, who will talk to you. I'll go back!!! read more
