I went to this shop about 2 months ago as a recommendation from a couple friends. The refered me to Mao, the shop owner and he was the person I dealt with. He threw my car on the rack right away and took care of me. I was lowered but everything else was stock. He ligned my car up as best he could and gave me a couple recommendations on what to do with the car. You could tell he had been in the business for awhile and knew his way around a car. Just yeaterday, I came back with the same car. This time with more adjustable suspension and a new set of tires. Brandon helped me out this time and he did it in a pretty impressive amount of time. 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, and a fresh alignment. Got my car to damn near factory spec, and did it all within a hair over an hour and a half. Did I mention the price? Comparednto other shop its fantastic and you can't beat the friendliness you get here. Not only will I be going here in the future with my cars, but I will recommend this shop to all my local friends and family read more

This place was professional, straight forward, and knowledgeable. Was on a road trip and the rear control arm bolt came loose on my 4runner while driving on the freeway! Long story short, you don't want to experience that ever. These guys got me in and out within 2 hours mid day on a Saturday and re-aligned my truck. Thanks again!!! read more

Brandon and Mao are great. I can always tell Brandon (Has always done my Alignments on my lowered IS300) what I am trying to do and he actually knows how all the alignment angles work and effect one another. I also have a Pro-Angle kit on mine and he actually knows how to use it unlike most normal alignment shops. Bring any car here and they will take care of you read more

This is the one stop shop for your car. Not only did I get my alignment, new tires, and brakes done there but the shop owner explained everything in detail. He told me what I needed and also what I can wait on and did everything for a great price. I definitely recommend this shop. read more

Took my Honda in here after lowering it and I was in and out of there pretty quick. He explained everything he did and why he did it and I couldn't have been happier with Pacific Alignment! I've sent my uncle and a few buddies there and they were super happy with the service and price. The owner Mao is a pretty cool guy too he won't try to rip you off like most shops will. I highly recommend Pacific Alignment. Great work! read more

Spoke to Mao about the longevity of the tires on my wife's car, and after an alignment and new tires it rides like a Cadillac! Mao is definitely knowledgeable and personable. Thank you!! read more

These guys are the real deal. Not a quick-turnover shop, they take the time to be craftsman. I have a modified BMW that requires a custom alignment to my own specifications and has adjustments that aren't found on the factory car. They hooked it right up! read more

Cool folks here. I went unscheduled & they were able to squeeze me in when someone canceled. They're pretty informative. Everything I needed to know I didn't have to ask. I was given explanation and graph check chart of before & after alignment. Thanks to Danny from Planet Auto Sport (review to come) for hooking me with these dudes. Thumbs up read more

Purchased some tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped here for mount and balance because they had great reviews, solid prices and a Road Force balancer. I got there for my appointment, they had the tires ready to go for me, and away we went. I have pricey wheels on my BMW and recently had the lips refinished, so I asked the techs to be very careful with the dismount and mount not to scratch them. They went above and beyond, and showed me each wheel before and after the tires were mounted so I could see they added no new scratches. I didn't expect them to be so careful, but they were great!! The tires balanced out wonderfully even at high speeds. They're a small shop tucked in by the car wash, but they invested in quality equipment. The right equipment + knowledgeable techs who care = perfect for car nuts. read more

Ordered a camber kit last week and had an appointment on Friday Feb 12 process was smooth tech explained to me before that I would need two brand new tires because my tires weren't align straight and it was causing them to mess it up with the shaking. Took 3 hours and came out to $450 out the door for my 07 Acura Tl type s. Am glad I brung it here because of the great reviews and I would highly recommend anyone coming here very professional. read more

Was very impressed with knowledge and promptness. Made an appt. for brake inspection. They determined that I still had about 40% left on pads and that nothing needed to be done at that time. Appreciated the honesty. Showed me the pads. Will definitely return for further service when needed. Had just purchased tires and had them do alignment while is was there. Car handles perfectly. read more

I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship , took my car in for an alignment and they're on every noise , rattle and squeak ! Great job , will differently recommend to others read more

Went in for a four wheel alignment. Took a little while for them to get started. My appointment was at 12, didn't get put on the alignment rack till about 25 mins later but when it got on it took about 15 mins and the car felt good after driving it around. Price was decent. I could have gotten it cheaper at another shop but chose Pacific because they have good reviews so I was willing to shell out the extra $$ to ensure good work. I would recommend this place, they seem to get cars in and out quick. It wasn't so in my case but the people that came in for smogs were in and out. read more

I approached Pacific Alignment regarding a project that I intended to do in my garage by then worried about the scope and time. Mao had no problem using the parts I purchased. During the process he ran in to some other concerns that added to the cost of the repair. At Frist, I was a little worried I might be taken. But when I picked up my car Mao showed me all the defective parts we discussed and even didn't charge for a second alignment. The best is my car drives like new. I would definitely recommend and will return in the future. read more

Worst service I have ever had. Not only did they take 2 hours longer than what was promised but they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my left side of my car aligned.... Come on Really!!! They were really going to charge me full price for half the work... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! read more

Great service and great job!! Really outstanding work!! Very pleased with the outcome!!! Definitely coming back here for my car needs!!

I brought in my 2015 5.0 for an alignment. With these new body styles, they come with factory specs with a -1.2 camber with this damn IRS suspension and since I'm lowered with springs, it was at -2.5 and my tires were eating away within a couple months. I took my car in and Nish did the job and brought my camber to damn near 0 degrees. I'm impressed because I read a lot on Mustang forums that no one can get within the specs that Nish did for me. Amazing job overall, this is my go-to spot from now on. I won't be seeing any tire wear from now on! Thanks Nish! read more

Brandon was able to squeeze in my Subaru Forester for a oil leak check that turned to a full valve gasket replacement. They stayed late (much past closing time) to finish up so I could have my car back for the weekend! I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the courtesy and work ethic of Brandon and his team! Definitely coming back again! read more

I got an alignment here once and after the alignment was done the guy told me what caused my car not to be aligned properly. I figured okay I'll get it fixed and get an alignment again since there's a 90 day warranty. Nope. The owner said any modifications void your warranty. So fixing my car voids my warranty? He told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it but said I would have to pay full price again because that voided the warranty. This doesn't make sense. Whats the point of the warranty if I can't fix what's wrong? Alignment is overpriced anyways. read more

Friendly, excellent service very professional and quick service. I would recommend them to anyone. Even fix something that a tire installer messed up thanks folks! read more
