Miele technicians couldn't figure out what was wrong with our brand new dishwasher, so they hired Lopex Express to replace the item. Scheduler, Ana, was super accommodating and communicative. We are impressed with how efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and thorough Enrique and his teammate were! First, we received a 30 minute notification of ETA. They arrived timely and worked very quickly. Unloaded the dishwasher, took pictures for documentation purposes, followed instructions seamlessly (like taking off shoes in the house), answered our questions, shared information we were not aware of (e.g., previous screws are bent or custom panel didn't have a metal piece to keep it on the dishwasher - ugh!), and carefully worked together as a team to install the new dishwasher. The dishwasher was perfectly installed - even better than before. Enrique ran one washing session before he left to make sure it worked. This is an extremely expensive dishwasher and Enrique knew exactly how to install it - so quick (in 45 minutes!). Yay, for our new Miele dishwasher and shoutout to Enrique and his team for the flawless installation! Thank you! read more

Lopex Express - Installed our Miele dishwasher seamlessly! - Appliances & Repair Near Me

Lopex express is extremely reliable! Great workers too. Ana was great to work with, she covers the front office. Easy to talk to, kind and just so friendly! I had to purchase a new dishwasher and Lopex called me to confirm the delivery date. They also updated me via texts when the delivery was going to be at my place. The workers were on time, installed the dishwasher beautifully, tested it and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy! read more

We purchased a replacement built-in fridge from University Appliance in Sunnyvale. They assigned Lopex Express Installation as our installer. Lopex was exemplary in every respect: (i) Dispatcher Ana was prompt and accommodating in all communications. (ii) Scheduling was fast! From notification of the arrival of the fridge at the warehouse to installation was just two days. (iii) Enrique and Robert did a superb job of removing the old fridge, installing the new one, and trimming and reattaching molding where needed. They were very, very careful moving heavy appliances, making sure that nothing was dinged. (iv) After the installation, Enrique reviewed the workings of the new fridge with us. We couldn't have asked for a better installation. read more

This is the installer my appliance salesperson recommended. I was a little concerns about some of the reviews but noticed the low ratings were all old and my appliance seller confirmed that all their recent experiences have been good. The installation was very fast, very efficient. Enrique has been doing thos for ten years and it shows. Did a great job, was able to give me a few pointers regarding existing plumbing. In and out in less than a half hour. There were some communication problems. In particular, it took multiple calls and emails from me and from the salesman to get them to call me to arrange installation, but after that smooth sailing (except for some problems on the appliance sales company's end). read more

We used Lopex Express for our appliance installation. When we booked the appointment, it was surprising that they were available to come out that same week. Many other places are booked weeks out, even months out. (In hindsight, I think that was a telling sign) They were also reasonably priced. But, you get what you pay for. . . The installers scratched our new kitchen cabinets when installing our hood. They also left dark smudges on the ceiling from the installation on our new kitchen paint (we did a kitchen remodel). I emailed them and sent photos of the scratches (they are not available by phone) and they said they would pay for the repair. I was considerate and looked for a low cost option to fix and sent them the invoice for reimbursement (it was less than $100 when I could have hired someone to fix for hundreds). They said they sent a check but we didn't receive until after 5 follow ups and more than a month later. There is much room for improvement in service and being careful with the installation job. read more

Lopex Express was referred by University Electric in Santa Clara to remove the existing and replace a combination wall oven and a range hood. The appointment scheduler was very helpful and offered options for the delivery appointment. Enrique and his teammate arrived as scheduled, were very polite and efficient. This was a great appliance replacement experience. Thank you Lopex Express! read more

I recently had the opportunity to work with Lopex Express on the exchange of my refrigerator. The manufacturer of my refrigerator selected Lopex Express and passed their name to me. From the moment Ana first reached out to me to schedule an appointment, through to the actual exchange done by Carlos and Roberto, my interaction with Lopex Express was excellent. Carlos and Roberto both had experience installing my specific refrigerator and their experience showed brightly as they easily installed the various trim pieces and secured it to the cabinetry. They also took great care to ensure my floors were not damaged and hauled all the packaging away. Overall, I'd highly recommend Lopex Express! read more

I bought a new dishwasher and the appliance store uses Lopex Express for installation. I was contacted immediately and had an appointment booked for the next day. Enrique and his team provided quick and courteous service, and he gave me a quick rundown on the dishwasher features. No negative issues at all. I would highly recommend this company. read more

This company was used 3rd party. Horrible service, did not honor service contract. The delivery man called his boss who told him to leave my appliances on the driveway and go. I then called the company that hired them to advise them of the situation. When they themselves tried calling the Delivery man's boss, he refused to answer the call. Moving forward, any additional appliances I purchase, I'll personally request to not use LopEXpress LLC as the 3rd Party Delivery. read more

Lopex Express was engaged to remove a built-in Dacor refrigerator and install a new one. They were consummately professional and did an excellent job. Our house is small, and access to the kitchen is up several flights of stairs, so just getting the old appliance out and the new one in was challenging. The crew tackled the problem with energy and good humor, protected our home every step of the way, and then capped that with a superior install. They even corrected an installation problem that they noticed in the old installation. They arrived as scheduled, kept us informed as they were working, and finished it all quickly. There was nothing for us to clean up when they left. We can recommend them without reservation. read more

Horrible delivery service, rude drivers. They will block streets and driveways with no concern for others. Drop and go type services. Would not use this company ever ! read more

I don't understand the negative reviews of this company - I would give them 10 Stars if possible! We had to have a 42 inch Dacor refrigerator removed and replaced due to a warranty issues. Almost 700 pounds - and very top heavy. Dacor chose this company to handle the swap. They called me when they received the new refrigerator and made an appointment for the following week. Called 45 minutes before arriving and were right on time. We live in SF on a busy street. It is 24 steps up from the street to our front door - and then they had to go through the entire house to the kitchen in the rear. Many tight corners and turns. They were so careful and efficient. They made sure not to bump anything - constantly checking to be sure everything cleared on all sides and the top. They made sure it was working properly and gave it a thorough polishing. Really super nice guys!! I will certainly use them in the future for any appliance installation. Total professionals. read more

Do NOT use this company. They were hired by my appliance dealer to pick up a dishwasher I am having replaced. They broke my water line valve in the process. This would have been fine as accidents happen however, they did not tell me and 1/2 hour after they left my kitchen was flooded. I called Lopex and explained and they said they would get right back to me. That was three days ago. I had to call a plumber to come out and fix it. I have tried contacting Lopex ever since and they will not return texts or phone calls. They are totally iginoring this issue. I would say 0 stars but it makes me do at least one. read more

We've had Enrique and his team do two different installations for us and they've done a great job for both. The first installation, we had a custom vent hood that needed a vent hood insert. All the other installers were stumped how to do the installation as the wooden cover over the vent hood did not have a door and wouldn't open. One installer even suggested drilling into the stucco outside. Short story is that Lopex arrived and had no issues. They installed the vent hood insert quickly and efficiently. HUGE sigh of relief for us. The second installation was for our rental where we needed a microwave vent hood installed. Same thing. They installed it quickly and efficiently in about half an hour. Really appreciate how they've taken care of these installations for us with no issues. We are running close to one year after the first installation and no issues at all. Thank you!! read more

This company was hired by Legacy Appliances where we bought our appliances. Their crew came ill-equipped to move our heavy fridge and scratched our brand-new front porch tiLe floor and brand-new hardwood floors that were just installed. At first, the owner initially took responsibility and said he would pay for the repairs. He is now refusing to return any of our calls, texts or emails after his insurance company denied his claim. If you want a company who will deliver your items carefully and with integrity, please look elsewhere. read more

Lopex Express team delivered my kitchen appliances and installed them, Enrique informed me that some of my appliances won't fit into the spaces. I asked if he knew any one that can take care of the modifications and he offered the service. Great experience with Enrique, to have him deliver and to make sure that they were to be completed in the same day. He went above and beyond my expectations and delivered with his assurance that my kitchen would be completed in a professional and timely matter. I would use this company's services again if every employee of this company was as generous and professional as Enrique and his teammate were. Great trusting people! read more

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I do need to be honest. I spent extra time trying to communicate with them ahead of time letting them know we are on propane, not natural gas but the service tech still did not know. He then had to rush that part of the installation. We paid quite a bit for the installation service so I expected quality service. But they have not been responsive to my calls. They also installed the wrong dishwasher. When they came out to swap out the dishwasher I let them know ahead of time that there was some thing on the stove that needed to be checked, again the tech did not have that on his schedule. It would've only of taken 10 minutes but the guy said he did not have time to do it. He also gave me the odd reasoning that if his coworker did it wrong he did not want to touch it and be liable for it, even though they work at the same company. He said he would have someone from Lope call me but I have yet to receive a call. I was/am quite frustrated. Especially considering the amount of money we paid for the installation services and the appliances themselves. read more

Lopex Express, LLC provided excellent service removing a new defective and/or damaged residential 48" pro gas range due to a prior improper installation. During this removal, it was discovered by Lopex that the previous installer used the wrong size gas line for this range as specified in the installation manual. When a consumer hires a professional, you need to feel confident that the work is being done correctly. The stallation of the new replacement range by Lopex was very professional from start to finish. Great care was given to protecting the floor and the location assessed and measured. Two men skillfully carried the new range and carefully set into place. This is in stark contrast to the previous installation using a dolly and dropping the range twice while entering the front door with a tight turn, but all flat surface. Lopex stated that he would never move this type of range with a dolly. Once the replacement range was in place, the burners were adjusted, instructions for proper use was provided, and follow up assistance offered if needed at a later date. I was very pleased with Lopex Express, LLC services and highly recommend them for kitchen appliance installations. read more
