I called over the phone, told the owner that the items I had were A pair of bmw magnesium valve covers, he said $100/pr. I told him these are BMW magnesium and they need to be heated up to get the oil out and then media blasted. He said yeah he knows. I then said I also have timing covers too, he said those are usually $40-50 per cover, but that he would need to see them. I came today from out of town to drop off the covers. Met the owner and he said no those are $100 per, which I said NO I told you over the phone that these were bmw magnesium covers... no way he could own up to his mistake. Sending me on my way back unsatisfied. If you make a mistake, you should own up to it. That's called integrity and honesty. I will let everyone know to avoid this place. Unbelievable. read more
