I contacted William on a Friday night and he got back to me quickly on Saturday morning. I needed to get my skid plate welded onto my truck and William told me to bring the project over to his place so he could assess it. I'll be honest, I didn't think there was an easy way to do my project but William figured it out and it turned out better than I expected. He was a very cool guy to talk about life with. His work was spot on and he went above and beyond to help me complete the project even though I told him I had planned on finishing it at home. He went to extra mile to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. You just don't see too much of that exemplary customer service these days. If you have a welding project, you have to a least call William at Weld Monkey. I have an 8 year old elliptical and the wear and tear from heavy use caused the metal on the arm to fatigue and crack around the bushing where the arm bolts to the pedal on the flywheel. Finding a replacement part was very difficult and I really didn't want to replace the whole machine. Cost of new $1000-1500. William was super responsive and was able to complete my repair the same day I called him. He provided great advice on how to minimize the cost, then gave me directions to his shop. When I arrived, he recognized it would be a quick job and actually did the repair while I waited. He's also very personable and interesting, and before I knew it the job was done, and done well. He asked that I inspect the work and made sure I was satisfied. He charged 1 hour labor, $80. Fantastic! Extremely happy. William will be my first call (probably only call) if I need any welding done in the future. read more

Just wanted to acknowledge a company that is doing the right thing. I called these guys looking to have a part manufactured for a house I am building. Not having any contacts in this industry and honestly not knowing where to start, I picked up the phone and called this company. Not only did the gentleman on the phone take the time to walk me they what I probably needed, he then referred me to another company better suited to do the job in a nearby town ( Lathrop) - in addition he texted me the contact for this company. They could have simply said this is something we don't do, but he took the time to provide insight and great customer service to someone that was not even a customer. I've been looking for some help in fabricating a rear lift kit my SUV as premanufactured of the same for this vehicle are rare and are extremely far overpriced.
