There was no warranty on the work and I was told yesterday that the metal was too thin to weld and hold without an additional $300-$500 of work. It's unfortunate that I was not told this the first time when I paid $300 for the gate to be welded. I would recommend that you secure a warranty before proceeding with this vendor as I am now out $300 and still have to pay for my gate to be fixed elsewhere, as I do not feel comfortable investing another $300 after the first fix failed in 2.5 months. I was not offered a free fix, or a partial refund, so proceed with caution/a confirmed warranty. I can say that we're friendly, timely and competitively priced- hence the 2.5 stars.

I had this company come out and build me a mental gate for my driveway I absolutely love my Gate,…read morebut there was many hiccups in the making of it first of all the privacy metal that was placed behind my gate was put up with markings all over it look like the plastic that it was wrapped in had stuck to the metal and they managed to put it up anyway when I came back and spoke with the owner he said it came like that you could see where he was trying to wipe it clean all the panels were like that I was a little disappointed to think that he would even continue to put them up, thinking that I would be OK with that although I am aware it's not his fault, but as he came back and stated that the company was assuming I had something to do with that was absolutely ridiculous him and I knowing that he picked up the product as is that took away from time on the project took way longer than I expected for it to finish. Also, there was a little bit of hiccups. The top of the caps on the post were not screwed in there was denting in certain places scratching on certain areas to say the least I love my Gate. He made all the provisions too, make it right by installing a little side Fence at no extra charge. When the job was finished, I was happy with the progress and the aesthetics of it and we talked about finishing my project this year with the same design, he did the Gate. He said he would be interested to just notify him the conversation went smoothly and amicably. I didn't feel that there was any hard feelings being that I've done nothing wrong so i was looking forward to start this new project. I messaged him through the Yelp app. He said that he was in the area and normally does not do estimates on Sunday, but that he would come by at 5pm . I don't think he was aware that it was me until I gave him the address. He never called nor did he show up ! not sure how I emotionally feel about that but professionally he could have notified me and said he would not come or he was not interested in my project, I believe I was owed that much respect, but I do believe everything is for a reason because to work with somebody on such a big project you really would need to be in one accord so that is why I put this under "maybe"

And I told him once he removed the straight pipe to give it to me. He did not give it to me so I asked him please get me the straight pipe. He said that he couldn't get me the parts, and that they were gone! So feeling bad he told me that he would get me a new one free of charge charge! I told them I wanted to have this new pipe installed on my new truck that I recently got. I told them I'm going to go have it professionally installed at another shop. But the owner insisted that he wanted to do it to make sure everything was done right. Due to my grandfather being a friend and done years of business with him. So I agreed to let them do it. My grandfather called the owner gave him a list of parts to order that we wanted and the owner said he would get right on it. Well they never did. So after waiting for 2 months My grandfather called the owner and asked what's going on. They said they didn't have the parts and that they would get right on it. After more time went by, around 6 months later they still refuse to give me the pipe that came off my old truck or get me a new one to replace the one they lost and told me they would replace free of charge and install onto my new vehicle. Then they had the audacity to call me and my grandfather liars and said we didn't have an appointment and that we didn't call and discuss what parts were needed and wanted to be ordered. They basically are calling a good friend and long time customer liars. Unbelievable! I could NOT recommend this place to a family member or friend.
