I feel so bad in forgetting to post the excellent work that Lap Lee did in redoing master bath. They returned small shower into a nice closet with shelves. They tore out a non functional garden tub and put in a large walk-in shower with plenty of accessible handles. Replaced sink, vanity, toilet, and flooring! They did a great job. I was so impressed with them that they will be doing my guest bathroom next week. Their work was great and their estimator was fantastic and responded promptly to my inquiry.

Before selecting Repair Wizards, I checked out contractors who advertise in the local community newsletter. All of them had very mixed Yelp reviews. I then expended my search to contractors who specialize in manufactured homes and found Repair Wizards. From start to finish and beyond, Tim took care of everything along the way and the results are more than satisfactory. From dealing with a persnickety community manager to dealing with incompetent state workers regarding permits, Tim handled it all. Sure, I could have probably found someone who would have done the job for less money, but I doubt the results would match the job done by Repair Wizards. Repair Wizards has consistently positive Yelp reviews for a reason - they're that good. I've provided "before" and "after" photos, and the "after" photo doesn't do the craftsmanship justice.

We had our home leveled two years prior, and I knew it was time for another. Jonathan arrived on time, calling prior to make sure someone was home. He inspected the inside of the home, listened to all of our concerns, viewed the concerns for himself, and promptly went to work. He made a detailed review of what needed to be done and additional quotes on what he noticed and recommended being performed. At no time were we surprised by price (which was incredibly fair) and we took the recommendations to heart and will have them taken care of by NorCal Mobile in the future. Our home feels safe and stable again and everything my wife pointed out was addressed and fixed. Thank you gentlemen! 10/10 and Highly Recommend. Do not spend your money here. I paid over $4,000 for leveling and skirting, and the quality of the…read morework was amateur. ​Questionable Leveling: No jacks were used, and my doors still stick exactly like they did before. I believe they only tightened the jack bolts rather than making actual adjustments. ​Sloppy Skirting: Installed an inch too low (exposing an old paint line), panels don't align, and exterior spigots were left improperly angled. ​Messy Shortcuts: They used expanding spray foam to fill alignment gaps, leaving overflow everywhere. ​Property Damage & Debris: The crew broke some backyard furniture without telling me and hid their construction trash by enclosing it under the porch (clearly visible through the porch deck). ​For the price tag, the quality of work was unacceptable. This was my first experience hiring a contractor; save your money or do it yourself.
