STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had a horrible experience with this company and would not recommend that you use them EVER. They may also be doing business under the names of Foundations Plus, or Foundation Are Us. On September 11, 2023, I contacted NorCal Mobile Home Construction, by email, to request an inspection on a mobile home I was buying. In my email, I requested an estimate to level the bedroom floor. I specifically pointed out the bedroom included a pop-out, or add-on area portion that sloped and needed to be leveled in that initial email. When the young man (Jon's son) who provided the inspection and bid the job arrived, I walked him directly to the area that was my concern. When the inspection was complete, the tech told me I would also need to have 24 foundation pads replaced. I was asked to sign a contract for $2500 for the leveling of my home and the pads they suggested. They offered a one year warranty on their work. I signed the contract. They came a couple days later to complete the work but they actually left my home in worse condition than they found it. Not only was the bedroom floor not level, but there were now two long areas over the frame where the floor had heaved up. This is when, the same young man who did the inspection and bid the job, told me that they didn't do pop outs. Since that was the reason I contacted them in the first place, I was stunned. I contacted the owner (Jon) with my complaint. The owner came out and commented that the floor of my home looked like a roller coaster. He tried to tell me he wasn't responsible for the bedroom floor as they didn't do pop-outs but he would re-level the heaved up area. I pointed to my contract where it made no such exclusion. After more than 4 months of discussion and frustration, the owner promised to come back and re-level the home, including the pop-out area on January 22, 2024. He failed to arrive for that appointment without any explanation. He never contacted or came back as he had promised. He refused to acknowledge his warranty, refused to correct the obvious mistakes and restore my home. I am out $2500, and my home is far worse that when I started. I hold NorCal completely responsible and will now have to go to their bonding company, the Contractors State License Board and the Sacramento County Court for a resolution. i was absoltuly shocked at how honest these guys are!!! i called to schedule a re-level on my mobile home. the owner jon came to do an inspection and told me my home did not need to be leveled!!! i had just purchased a used mobile home and was told by someone in the park that i should have my home leveled ( this is my first time owning a mobile home) it turned out that a few months back the previous owner of the mobile home had it re-leveled and it was still under warranty ( i had no idea!!!!) he could have just charged me for another re-level but he was honest and told me it was still under warranty that he had remebered doing the re-level recently and warranty is transferable to new owner!!!! i did have a door that was sticking and really hard to open and close. he made an adjustment and it works great now!!! saving me almost $600 dollars. what a great honest contractor !!!! im so greatful !!! will defiently use them in the future!!! read more

Jon came out to level our trailer and when I mentioned to him that I had the trailer serviced less than a year ago by another company and it still looked really low on one of the corners and I also had a door that would stick and they couldnt fix it. He advised me to contact the business that had re-leveled my house last as it was less than a year since I had my home service by them so it should still be under warranty. I had the previous company fix the issue and a few months later I called Jon and finally had the door fixed and my living room was no longer sloped to one side! when the other company finished I wasnt sure that there was any change . when jon re-leveled my home there was a big difference without a doubt. If you want quality workmanship and honesty which is rare. Give these guys a try you wont be dissapointed! read more

I have become very well acquainted with the owners of this business and I can honestly say they are good people very honest and good intentions. --and now a days its hard to find decent people so that says alot! I have used this company since they were a handyman repair business and they have always done quality work at an affordable price. They work with you so If you want things done cost effectively they help make getting repairs done to your trailer affordable. They allowed us to make 2 payments on our bill which was the only way we would have been able to get the work done so I am very thankful. My niebor had a set of trex steps installed by them and they look really good. top of the line!! they also breed hairless cats -I am making payments now towards a kitten should be getting one this summer! read more

I made an appointment to have my home re-leveled and decided to use this company which was recommended by my park manager. Jon arrived a little late but he did call and let me know he was going to be late! He was very polite and knowledgeable answered all my questions. It turned out that I was still under warranty as it had been less than 6 months since the last time I had my home leveled. Jon advised me to contact the last company to come back out and correct the issue. I was shocked at how honest he was and didn't charge me anything for coming out . I will defiantly use them to re-level my home the next time it is needed!! read more

Very HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR THAT KNOWS HIS SPECIALITY!!!!! I have had 2 or 3 dozen jobs done by Jonathan, The owner. I have know him since he worked for capital west ( I would always request jon to do the work). It really upsets me to some of the other reviews because I doubt half of it is true. I called to schedule my home to be levelled and they actually have special if you arrange to have your home levelled the same day as a neighbour so that's what I did . My neighbours and I each saved $65 dollars on our re-level which was amazing to save that much on a service that was already a great price!! It's been about a month and my home feels so much sturdy . My grandmas mobile home needed a re-level wasn't too sure on who to call ended up choosing these guys and a younger guy came by himself and he was really professional and nice. Only charged me $420 since I was in town. Took about 2 hours and he was done he recommended a pad change out so I will forsure be giving them a call back! read more
