After trying their best to help us, they were very timely and honest, stating that they tried every thing to fix our problem, but it was impossible. They tried there best and explained every thing they did, to no avail. Alan explain the problem and let us know that since they could not fix the problem, he could not charge us. Our hat goes off to Dentoni's for their effort and honesty. Now we know why they have been in business for many years, and are so well respected by other businesses and past customers. Thank you so much Stan and Joanne Sogsti

Not only did they expect me when I arrived, but they unhooked it and assigned it off to be worked on right away. When I got a call it was done the same day ( really I thought? ) I was amazed of the amount of work and care they did on the springs and components. From matching the painted items they replaced and to giving me the trailer back better than it was was truly an act of a quality business with a long outstanding reputation in Stockton. Bravo to the team!

What really impressed me is the super friendly service for a little job like mine. The front desk people were friendly and so were the guys in back. I own a business myself and I'm fully aware that "small jobs" bring little profit, and we "little guys" tend to take up the worker's time with questions, changing their minds, failing to understand limitations, or just being flaky. They clearly don't need the little jobs, but I guess they realize folks like me are more likely to write Yelp reviews and eventually bring bigger contracts. Vern handled my job. He answered all my questions, and let me watch him do the work while I waited. Vern even told me a bit about the history of the company, which is very interesting. (At least to me.) I had the material already, so I drove it from Sacramento. I did search closer to me, and there's no shop with these capabilities in Sacramento. The job was just this: I brought three 8-foot lengths of aluminum channel which were to be butt-welded to become a single 24 feet piece, which was then bent to form an arch. The arch goes at the top of my driveway gate. (It's mostly cosmetic, so aluminum is fine. I'll paint it so it looks like iron.) I was given safety glasses at the office and I was allowed on the floor to watch the bending process. Vern even helped me load it back in my vehicle. (It was now much longer.) While I was there I also had a license-plate size piece of steel I needed cut in half, and although I could cut it at home, I would be happy to pay if they could do it. He chopped it in half while we waited for the welding, no charge. The welding quality was excellent and the arch is perfect. Worth the drive from Sacramento. And WELL worth the small price I paid for the work.

From start to finish, he kept me informed, was respectful of my space, and paid close attention to detail. The final result looked great, and you can really see the care he puts into his work. I used the Yelp Projects feature to get the grab rail from the front entrance of my house replaced from wood to steel. The Yelp Projects feature got me connected to Innovative Fence and Iron Works for an initial quote and the rest history. My official rating is 4.9. The only reason I'm giving 4.9 instead of a full 5 stars is that the paint match was slightly off. That said, César was incredibly receptive when I mentioned it and even offered to come back and retouch it--which I truly appreciated. As a small suggestion, it might be helpful to carry a few paint swatches on hand for more precise color matching during site visits in the future. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. His professionalism, quality of work, and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

They are quick to reply and schedule the work. My gate had a broken hinge. It was $300 to weld it…read moreback (fair price), but unfortunately this weld only lasted for 2.5 months. There was no warranty on the work and I was told yesterday that the metal was too thin to weld and hold without an additional $300-$500 of work. It's unfortunate that I was not told this the first time when I paid $300 for the gate to be welded. I would recommend that you secure a warranty before proceeding with this vendor as I am now out $300 and still have to pay for my gate to be fixed elsewhere, as I do not feel comfortable investing another $300 after the first fix failed in 2.5 months. I was not offered a free fix, or a partial refund, so proceed with caution/a confirmed warranty. I can say that we're friendly, timely and competitively priced- hence the 2.5 stars.
