Great local business and fair prices. They have been a staple here in Sebring for decades.

I had them put 4 new tops of the line wrangler tires on my pickup truck. The cost was almost 1,300.00 this included mounting and balancing them. They charged a bit more than others wanted for the same tires, but I wanted to support our local small businesses. I immediately noticed a slight shimmy in the truck at certain speeds and suspected that the tires were not balanced correctly. I made an appointment with chevy to check the balance and not one of the four tires were balanced. After Chevy balanced them, the shimmy was gone. I would have assumed that one of them not being balanced was a mistake but all four? This is a tire business and there is no excuse for the tires not being balanced correctly. Called this shop on a Wednesday and asked them specifically if they serviced my foreign vehicle and I was told that they do. I needed shocks/struts replaced and tires replaced and balanced and mounted and an alignment. I supplied the parts to the shop. They told me to bring my vehicle in the following Monday at 8am to have it done. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday at 8:15am. The shop then calls me at 12:45pm and told me that they could not do the shocks/struts on my car that they do not have the specialty socket to do the shocks/struts. They asked if I wanted my tires changed and I told them no I would pick up my car. I then called back about 10 minutes after that call to ask them if they could do my tires because it was not safe to drive because the cords are showing. The girl put me on hold and when she came back she told me the mechanics do not want to do my tires. The lady was very rude when I came to get my car and asked for my keys. I would never recommend this shop due to the rude people there and that they wasted my time to get my car fixed when I specifically asked them if they serviced my car. Also why are the mechanics declining to do work? I never spoke with the owner about this. Beware of this shop. They lie to customers about what work they can do. read more

I just had to write this review. I took my car to have oil changed, when I went to pick up my car they informed me I had a bad wiper blade and they replaced it. My Bill 140.00 I forget how much cents. We let them know we did not ask for that to be done. Their response (oh ok it will take a second to take off which it did. ) They made a new bill which was 83.79. How greedy to want to charge a woman about 58.00 for a blade. I should have known when I made the appointment and he called me HONEY numerous times. I'm NOT your HONEY!!!! read more

Locked outside my vehicle called and I was told 30 to 45 minutes I'm a couple minutes down the road . Ended up waiting 2 hours just for them not send anyone waste time avoid this place ! read more

The shop replaced a starter less than a year ago for my elderly motherinlaws SUV. She calls me last week saying it won't turn over.After I inspected the starter, it was almost falling out.The bolts where so loose the positive connection was grounding out on the exhaust. She wanted it towed to Springer's again.I told Springers what had happened and to call me.They refused to talk to use about what was going on. Next I hear they charged 0ver $800 saying they had to reset the security system,two tires,and towing.There was no mention the starter caused all the problem.It's criminal what they did! Im in disbelief they would have not fess-up to their mistake and warantee the starter they put in incorrectly ........ They knew they could bilk the elderly woman and they sure did! Beware read more
