I had just gotten new plates for my car... just came from DoL after 3rd time trying interstate title transfer. (I'll leave those details to your imagination...) I realized I needed a special tool in order to mount them. I came here because it's super close to work and they'd always been very helpful previously. It appeared a little bit of a reset was happening so things were little disorganized in some regard. Changing seasonal merch and all that fun.) but every one on the floor began to help look for what I needed, then get the different bolts to use and even replaced the bolts so I didn't have to purchase new tools (that I already have, just in storage and inaccessible at the moment). The level of helpful patience was beyond anything expected. Ever. I've worked in various customer service jobs my entire life. I know people can be exhausting. They spent a good 30+ minutes (of course taking turns helping others with the same friendly attitude when they came in) for ultimately a $6 sale. I've been to this Ace numerous times over the past decade or so and always a very good experience and excellent service. This time deserves a special shout out. I sensed someone very close behind me. It was the person helping along with a large dog on a rope. Not sure if this was personalized service or following me on a potential theft suspicion. (door had sign requiring leaving backpacks etc. at counter). I quickly found what I wanted, but I'm sure others would have freaked out if they don't like dogs close in their space. Maybe this was a result of a prior violent theft or scare. Who knows. Anyway, I like the place because of the knowledgeable, friendly staff. They have been helpful over the years, having all the things I need, especially hard-to-find items and bolts/fasteners.

Problem: Needed to fix drip in #1 bath sink faucet. Decided to replace all four cartridges in #1…read morefaucet and #2 faucet and replace entire faucet assembly in #3 bath sink faucet to match first two. Plan: Visited showroom. Amber immediately ordered replacement faucet. We then met with Pam to schedule all onsite work for following week. Done in less than 30 minutes. Fix: Kevin arrived at appointed time. He replaced the older fixture and all four cartridges. No more drips. Cat was disappointed since she had made a daily habit of jumping up on the sink trying to catch the drips. All in all a most pleasant, professional and timely experience. We will be returning for any future plumbing needs.

The 5th time they came here, it was claimed to be fixed and finished. However, there were still major issues. I re-scheduled with them and this is the 2nd attempt at a re-schedule to where they DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL. Excuses have ranged from: "being busy with previous jobs", "database error", "car trouble". PLEASE AVOID. They do a TERRIBLE job and also do not show. Customer service is useless and they don't have a phone number, other than their dispatcher.

They were connected in series and installed on a wooden cabinet. I was looking for an in-kind replacement or another solution that made better sense for us. Ryan clearly understood our existing configuration and provided alternatives that made better sense, were less expensive, and provided better functionality. On replacement day, he and his helper were delayed by an emergency that required addressing before a restaurant could open; he let me know what his status was and when he would be at our facility. Once there, they worked very efficiently and made a nice, tidy, and organized installation. He handled all the permitting and the system passed with no questions or concerns. Best was the best value for our work, did a great job, and were nice while doing it. I have struck the other vendors off my approved vendor list and will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

The $110 would not be applied towards the cost of service. Mind you, we live less than 5 miles away. In today's economy, $110 is a pretty penny just to drive out to a house that's just a hop, skip and a jump away. I love supporting small, independently run businesses, but man, businesses like this one with outrageous hidden costs feel so gross, especially when you're desperate and need an urgent fix. With a Yelp rating as low as theirs, I doubt they'll survive for much longer.

wanted an out-of-the-ordinary sink for my (hopefully) soon to be completed kitchen remodel and,…read moreafter browsing for ideas at Pacific Sales, went looking online​ where i stumbled across the ARTISAN CRAFTED HOME website. was immediately drawn to the 36" Round Front Copper Farmhouse Sink (available in four finishes: dark smoke, Rio​ Grande, cafe natural, and matte copper). went with Rio​ Grande since that was a nice fit with the faucet and cabinet hardware i was already leaning toward. be aware that being copper, the sink does require some maintenance​ and needs to be sealed (a quick rubdown with a soft cloth and an inexpensive​ waxing compound available from ARTISAN​ CRAFTED HOME) every couple of months. according to the website, their farmhouse sinks are hand-hammered in 14 gauge, lead-free copper by 3rd generation coppersmiths, are TIG copper welded, and built to last a lifetime. not sure about all that, but i can tell you this: my new sink is gorgeous.

Paid $585 for copper pendant lights from this company…read more When one arrived damaged, they insisted it could be repaired (it couldn't). They finally agreed to let me return it after making up some bogus claim about passing the UPS claim deadline (which I know was BS because I own a retail shipping business). They made me pay the shipping to return the damaged pendant! Then they sent me a replacement with the wrong finish so it didn't match the existing two from my original order. On top of that, it was also missing parts, including the mounting cap for the ceiling. When I told them this, they said I would have to order three brand new ones that were made at the same time for them to match. I told them fine, but then they told me I'd have to pay for those out of pocket and they wouldn't refund me for the original order until they had gotten those items returned. And guess what - they made me pay for that return shipping, too. So in the end, I finally have matching, undamaged pendants, but I had to pay the cost of the pendants twice AND pay for almost $100 extra for shipping. Ridiculous! My wife and I intended to buy other home goods from them after our remodel was finished, but now we will never buy anything from them ever. We told all of our friends to avoid Artisan Crafted Home like the plague.
